Decisamente a favore di questo appartamento e' la posizione centralissima, usciti dal portoncino dopo pochi passi ci si ritrova nella piazza dell'orologio. Ha inoltre vicino tutte le comodita' dai vari bar, ristoranti e negozietti.
Le finestre ampie danno sulla via e , a parte qualch schiamazzo notturno, e' abbastanza tranquillo. Appartamento dignitoso con tutte le comodita' (wifi compreso) e pulito.
Ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo.
Un consiglio: non arrivate prima dell'ora concordata perche' non troverete nessuno e non si puo' entrare, sono pero' molto puntuali. -

Well placed flat in the center of Prague. Large rooms, large bathroom.
Good for a group of friends.
Negative points : a little bit noisy because of the proximity to the center, the girl was 30 minutes late to the meeting despite a precise meeting time and light in the flat on the morning ("fake" curtains and no shutters). -

NYCA weekend jaunt

I was very impressed with management's communication before and leading up to the move-in. Upon arrival, I was explained everything about the room and surrounding area in detail. The room wasn't luxury, but that's not what I paid for - the location was one block from the main square. While it got a bit loud during the weekend night, that's to be expected. My family and I were very happy with our stay.

We stayed at an apartment in a building on Kozna near Zelezna street.
The building contained 4 to 5 apartments. We stayed in 3 of them. Very clean and reasonably priced. Located less than 100 m. from the main square and city hall clock tower.
A great experience and thoroughly recommended.
Our friends stayed at the apartments on Jilska (same rental company). These were not as impressive as the ones in Kozna street. -

we really liked our stay in jilska old town appartment. it's in the town centre of Prague, very central! the man who made the check-in was very friendly. the price is absolutely ok and low, perfect for student like we are. comfort was super, you can cook by yourself. we had a very very positive experience. only negative thing: we were 5 people and there were only 4 chairs available. we could not eat all together. but all the other things were excellent!
