We Stayed in the apartment for 3 nights and requested for early checkin. The Manager, Yulia was very accommodating to our request . Furthermore she is a very professional person because she always responds to queries promptly. We had a problem with the epayment and she was able to rectify the problem immediately. Great work to Yulia
The apartment was clean and had all the amenities as was shown. Yulia was able to answer all our queries as it was out first time in Prague. And definitely will not be the last. We will come back again for sure .
Great job! -

I booked through Prague Stay an large appartment for 3 days in February 2013
In winter time, the rates are lower and affordable consiering that the flat was big, comfortable and very central
I had initially booked another flat but forgot to inform Prague Stay of the changes of dates, somehow, the service was very reactive and I had other options to choose from as good as the first one
I was picked up at the airport by the agency and was given advice to go around the city
Prague is the ideal city for a 3 day touristic week-end and it is very relaxing to have good reliable service and your money's worth -

We spent holidays in apartments near the Royal Tower apartment (I didn't find Terrace apartments at Tripadvisor) in the same building at the same floor.
Arriving to apartments we found it absolutely relevant to online photos - wide lounge, quiet and spacious bedrooms (it is very important for family comfort), kitchen with refrigerator+oven+toaster+stove+dishwashing machin (my wife loves to cook).
Building is situated in a strategic place - in 2 minutes from subway+trams, in 3 minutes from the Jiraskuv bridge, in 5 steps from Czech Restaurant.
The main benefit we'd like with all our hearts - is the terrace with a pleasant view.
Due to free Wifi I was kept in touch with business colleagues.
Very special thanks to our manager Nastassia for answering all our questions and solving all the problems. -

London, United KingdomLovely, Stylish apartment
Left on 06/25/2012 for a stay in June 2012
Having seen the stunning photographs of the apartment, we couldn't wait to see whether it could really be that stylish. We were not disappointed! The open-plan lounge/dining room/kitchen is magnificent: arhcitecturally interesting, beautifully decorated and stylishly furnished. The main bedroom is very good, with a stunning en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a little small with no en suite but the main bathroom is excellent (although you may need a degree in engineering to fully understand the multi-functional bath/shower/jacuzzi/radio/lights).
The location is ok, a little way from the main attractions of Prague, but you can walk to the Charles Bridge or Wenceslas Square in about 15 minutes. And don't be put off by the outside of the building - you'll soon forget the shabby entrance in an unattractive street once you've entered the apartment.
A bonus is that it's just a couple of minutes' walk away from the famous Dancing Building and its great rooftop restaurant, the Celeste. -

Firstly, I have to say I can't believe there aren't more reviews about this lovely apartment. It is gorgeous and the pictures online really are a true reflection of the apartment. (pictures might make it look a bit bigger than it actually is but that's no deal breaker).
The sitting room is gorgeous and the kitchen was well equipped with cutlery, crockery, washing liquid, washing powder for washing machine, coffee filters etc. Both bedrooms were very nice and spacious. Very nice showers in both bathrooms. There was a lift to the apartment which was great after a long day touring prague.
The location of the apartment appeared to me to be residential area. Around the corner from the apartment was the most gorgeous bakery - (through the arch just down from the garage - Bakery is only opened monday to friday so if you are visiting for a long weekend make sure not to miss out ) - just across from the bakery is a convenience store which had most supplies (including beer and wine:) it was not overpriced) If you continue straight through this archway you are where you can catch a tram into the centre - to be honest you could walk into the centre quite easily, we were just lazy and took the tram one stop to Tesco and then walked from there.
Free Wifi was a great extra to have
Overall I would definitely recomment this apartment !! -

187069Wonderful apartment in Prague
Left on 01/14/2012 for a stay in December 2011
Fairly new at writing reviews so hope this will be OK.
We stayed in Prague 1-5 December 2011 and had the most wonderful time. We are, myself, DH and a friend who is a non-family member so getting an apartment to suit us was very important. We contacted Prague Stay and Mary Beth was most helpful. We wanted a 2 bed 2 bath and eventually settled on the Terrace apartment at Jenstejnska apartments, Nove Mesto, Prague. Paying the deposit was easy through a secure online link. Mary Beth kept in contact with us and all our questions were always dealt with promptly. Mary Beth arranged to meet us at the apartments and it was agreed we would telephone on leaving the airport. We arranged airport transfer with Prague airport Shuttle and wow how good are they; I am hoping I can give a review of that great company elsewhere, just not found an appropriate place to write the review.
We met Mary Beth at Jenstejnska apartments, she was waiting for us, and she even took charge of getting our cases out of the car boot and carrying one into the apartment.
I had walked the Google man and so I knew what the apartment would look like from the street but I have to say that you 'could' be disappointed with the entrance and certainly the hall needs sorting out, there were trestle tables, lots of pamphlets and paper littering it.
Mary Beth told us that she had put us into the Royal Tower apartment, she had emailed but I had not received it. So with baited breath we took the lift to the top floor, we need not have worried the apartment is just wonderful. It is huge, very modern with everything you could possible need. I wish I had taken photographs of the apartment but the ones you see on the owner’s web site are a true reflection of it.
Mary Beth dealt with the paper work and we paid the balance, which we were able to do via a credit card transaction.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and lovely and warm, this was something we worried about it being December. The furniture is modern, very Ikea like! The open plan kitchen is well equipped, everything in working order. Bathrooms are large the on-suite one having a double shower and of course there was towels and hand soap.
Location is just outside the main areas of the Old Town and Wenceslas Square in a residential area, this was perfect for us with shops, supermarkets and restaurants near by. The Vltava river is a short walk away, even the Old Town is walkable we never used public transport, walking everywhere even to Prague Castle.
Not sure what else I can say, did we love it yes, would we return yes in a heart beat but then we fell in love with Prague. -

BrightonA wonderful apartment to stay!
Left on 06/07/2011 for a stay in May 2011
We got married in Prague in May 2011 and we wanted a bit of a luxurious self catering apartment to stay in for the 6 days we were there altogether.
This apartment was wonderful - it really has the wow factor when you enter and is incredibly well facilitated: washing machine, microwave, television, dvd player, dishwasher, double shower, jacuzzi bath, sun terrace, travel cot... the list goes on!
My only criticism would be that it was unseasonably warm while we were there and being a loft apartment it got REALLY hot. Clearly the owners know about this and there were four high powered fans available in the apartment and once the windows were opened and the fans cranked up, it was perfect. My other concern was that the rooms get very light in the morning. While we were there, sunrise was at 4 a.m. and it woke me up the first morning - so I would recommend eye mask or a blackout blind. Luckily we had brought a portable blackout blind for my son with us, so after the first night we had no problems.
It was maybe a little far out of the centre for some people - we are good walkers, so didn't mind whatsoever the 15-20 minutes walk to the Old Town Square. We occasionally used an excellent taxi service called AAA that had an English speaking service, which was reliable and reasonably priced.
They even have room service facilities for basic food supplies as requested but having said that, there are perfectly good shops very nearby that we used instead - one of which being a famous bakery (so we were told!) that has a long queue in the early morning but a bit later on you can get delicious breads, cakes and pastries.
It truly was a glorious stay - a perfect city for a wedding and a perfect apartment for a family wanting a bit extra luxury, comfort and space.
