The Roxy apartment is in a great location, within a 5-10 minute walk to Old Town Square. It is really easy to walk to all of the main sights (Old town, new town, the castle, the Jewish quarter) from the apartment, as well as being centrally located for many great and varied bars, restaurants, bakeries and shops.
The apartment itself was very clean and well equipt. We were able to comfortably cook on one occasion in the small but well appointed kitchen.
The popular Roxy club is directly opposite but could not be heard at all from the apartment. Be advised that the TV is available to play Dvds through the DVD player, but is not connected to an aerial and so is unable to show TV channels. The free WiFi offered more than made up for not being able to watch TV!
The rental company were great to deal with and allowed our stay to be extended to 6pm on our last day rather than 11am as our flight home was later in the evening. It was slightly unusual to receive the main door key in the post prior to ariving but this posed no problems.

The location of the apartment is really great - it's in the centre, very close to a number of places of interest. All necessary is also very close (a few minutes on foot) - shops, banks, bars, metro, tram stops.
The inventory is almost enough for a comfortable stay.
Be prepared that the apartment is not equipped with the conditioner, therefore, opening the windows would add some noise. Once in several days loading of bottles takes place at the nearest building at approx. 6 a.m., so be prepared - it's loud. But this may be easily eliminated by closing back the windows)
The neighbours are very quiet, the porch is clean. The lift may be a bit unsafe if you travel with small children, so just keep an eye.
Overall the apartment is great, I highly recommend it for an enjoyable stay in this wonderful city.Response from RENTeGO - 12/20/2012

We appreciate your insight and agree air-conditioning is an issue - in most apartments located in Old Prague. During the top summer season, when it gets really hot, we supply our apartments with fans. Those were probably removed from your apartment - next time just call/email us, will have them delivered immediately :-).

While this space is modest -- no glitz -- the bed is comfortable, it's easy to control the temperature, the bathtub is very nice, and the small kitchenette is handy. It's basic, but great, and we would definitely stay here again.
Plus, it's located on a great street in the heart of Prague. We found two of our favorite eateries on this street (plus another pub): Au Gourmand -- French bakery toward Old Town Square; Lokal -- Soviet-era inspired fine dining (it's true) with the very best pilsner in Prague (tanku!); and the Beer Museum -- a great selection of beers from around the CZR.Response from RENTeGO - 12/20/2012

C'est la deuxième fois que je pars dans un appartement Rentego et il n'y a rien à dire. Une valeur sure. nous avons toujours été très près du centre. Tout s'est fait à pied. Et le service d'envoi marche très bien. Le petit plus : un guide du quartier de l'appartement choisi et un petit guide de prague.

Apartment was like the description just a little more used than in photo. The building was quiet but in the hall some lights doesn't work. Elevator is not really safe about our standard but for few days doesn't matter. It will be useful a moka because
each expresso in prague costs like 4 italian espresso! -

Un grand merci à l'équipe Rentego pour leur efficacité et disponibilité.
L'appartement Roxy est très bien situé et très calme (fenêtre fermée). Personnellement je recommanderai cet appart à mes amis avec toutefois un bémol en cas de température extérieure élévée nécessitant de dormir la fenêtre ouverte (je suis particulièrement sensible au bruit).
On reviendra avec plaisir. -

We stood one week in the "Roxy appartement", it was just perfect.
The pictures on the website are totaly true: the flat is excactly as shown. Nothing miss (there are all the furnitures you can need!)and it's realy clean.
The most important thing i have to talk about is the ideal location! I will definitely recommand the website to my relations! Enjoy your hollydays with rentego... ;-) -

le séjour c'est très bien passé. La ville est magnifique.
l'appartement est très bien situé dans le centre, facile a trouvé.
il était très propre, en bon état et très bien équipé. je pense qu'une horloge dans le salon serait un plus et que des rideaux plus opaque ou des volets seraient bien aussi( ceux en place sont un peu transparent et laisse passer la lumière le matin) mais sinon rien a dire de particulier.
et pour le personnel de rentego très bien. j'ai reçu plein d'info par mail sur la ville et il y avait dans l'appartement plein de documentation aussi très utile.
