During the middle ages, Husova street was one of main thoroughfares in Prague. It connected the Prague Castle with the other castle in Prague, Vysehrad, via the Charles Bridge. Royal Route Mansions are standing on this way since early medieval times.

Beautiful apartments in the historical center of Prague 1 apartments are located in a historic building with an interesting and original design. The apartment is well equipped and has all the necessary appliances. Friendly and fast management. We were pleasantly surprised by the entire stay. We were on a budget so were delighted with the apartment's location in the old town, condition of the property and service we recieved from all of the staff. Communication, advice and instructions before we arrived were all brilliant and the staff were all extremely helpful on our arrival. I would highly recommend the apartment and the company to all family and friends. Easy to get to all the sights on foot and very comfortable. 10/10.

Just got back from Prague, weekend away with a couple of mates. We were after some accommodation that was good value [i.e. nice but pretty cheap]. The option seemed to be either a triple hotel room or go for a holiday rental, like this one. During my search of hotel rooms in this price bracket they seemed to be mostly small cramped triple rooms, that looked very dull/old fashioned. So we opted for this apartment rental. From the photographs of the apartment I was probably expecting it to be a little more luxurious than it actually was. But on reflection I think it offers good value for money, rather than the great I had first thought, in terms of the quality of the apartment. A few issues, broken shower head holder, and a faulty curtain rail [neither effected our stay], some more coat hangers in the wardrobes [I'm being picky now], and perhaps a new TV [OK very picky as we didn't really turn it on]. Wifi worked great, beds comfy, plenty of bedding, and towels etc, [note to owners - put clothes hangers/pegs in the spare area of the bathroom, and maybe just a few toiletries]. It felt very safe and secure. So we were more than happy with the apartment, but the best thing was its location. On a very nice street, very close to the Old Square, Charles Bridge and even Tesco. Even during a night out it never seemed too far away if we needed to pop back for anything.
The owners Prague Residences were easy to deal with, no hassles at all, came to meet us at the apartment when I called them to say we had arrived, even though we were early [I had expected to have to go for a wander and lunch]. Only slight issue was I didn't know were to leave the key on departure, had been told to leave it in a letterbox but couldn't see one [might have just been a bit stupid and completely missed it, but the shuttle bus was waiting so I had to leave]. -

Lovely apartment in the very heart of the city centre!
The forniture makes a cosy atmosphere!
Kitchen works perfectly,but remember to bring salt sugar and those basic things,otherwise you have to buy,and it's difficult to find a good supermarket close to the apartment!

The rooms were spacious with stylish interior design. The kitchen was well equipped.Exellent location literally every sights are in walking distance, best pubs are also very very close. The building is very nice.
Only negative is that car parking is not possible in the street at all, during a five-minute parking (just to carry up our luggages) our car got wheel locked..

I felt comfort in this residences. the lights is good enough and furniture, kitchen tools are clean. I could arrived the old town square by only 5-8 mins walk that is quite convenient for us as traveller.

position excellent (just 2 minutes walking from old town square. large and confortable apartment. because of its central position may be a bit noisy the night especially during the weekend but is well worth.

We had a great experience. The apartment was fantastic, and a great price (cheaper than hotels), and it was in a great location near Old Town Sq.
