During the middle ages, Husova street was one of main thoroughfares in Prague. It connected the Prague Castle with the other castle in Prague, Vysehrad, via the Charles Bridge. Royal Route Mansions are standing on this way since early medieval times.

Myself, husband, Brother and Sister stayed in Royal Mansion 5 (2 bed, 2 bathroomed apartment.) from 10th to 14th March.
The apartment itself (apart from walking up 3 flights of stairs) was absolutely beautiful.
Everything was in full working order. Bathrooms both had fully working showers.
The only gripe we had was that the curtains were very thin and lack of working light bulbs within the apartment.
As we were very central, when staying in the apartments, please take into consideration that you will get passers by making some noise at any time of day or night and you will hear it. But we knew that we were close by the Old Town Square and you soon forgot about it.
The apartment was in an ideal location, very central to Charles Bridge, Old Square (1 minute walk) and even the local shopping centre and a cheaper than back home Tesco (5 minute walk).
We arranged a return shuttle from the airport through the office also and it was the best and more straight forward way to travel.
All in all a great place to stay, staff were really helpful, even before we arrived answered our questions.
We will definitely be returning. Thanks again to the team at Prague Residences for a smooth, stress free holiday with family. -

The apartment was great for 2 couples - separate bedrooms with ensuites and a big open living/kitchen space. We only have two complaints:
1. Getting our car to the check-in location because using our GPS to get to the address provided took us to the wrong end of the street where there is no parking. When one of us finally found the check-in, the others in the car had had to drive on and it was a nightmare meeting up again. In the end, our host (the very helpful andrew) went with one of us to the car and navigated us to the right place - which took nearly half an hour because of traffic and the comlex one-way system. We were glad we had booked an on-site carpark (there are only two - so get in early, and make sure you know exactly where to go!!)
2. The washing machine was difficult to use and incredibly slow - almost 3 hours for a wash! get instructions on how to use it before starting a wash.
Other than that, everything was great. The apartment is within walking distance to everywhere in the old town, and we had a wonderful time. -

Great place to stay, perfect location so close to the centre and everything is walking distance. I went in a group of boys and girls all aged 20 and we had an amazing time. In the evening it is great to walk back to from all the bars and clubs as its so close and a safe are. Rooms are very clean and beds very comfortable. Kitchen good. The only negative thing I have to mention is the baths. There are no proper showers and over the three days we were there none of us were able to have a warm enough bath as there was barely any hot water, this was frustrating. Would deff go back though, great value for money.

This was a nightmare:
The hot water heater did not work in our unit for the first three nights of our visit. Reported it immediately to the manager, then had to report it again and again before they dispatched anyone to fix it. Further frustrating our family was the unavailability of any shower facilities within the building, necessity that we walk down the street to the manager's office to use the shower there (with a lack of privacy for my wife and daughter that was at best uncomfortable).
Perhaps most irritating of the issues around the hot water heater was that it took three days and many phone calls and visits to the manager's office to determine it was unrepairable; time that was precious to us on our vacation to Prague.
Adding to this was the washing machine...it failed as well on our first use, covering our clothing with foul smelling raw sewage and necessitating a compete professional re-cleaning of our laundry.
Lastly, the apartment we were relocated into (after insisting that we could not spend one more night in an apartment without hot water and the smell of raw sewage) was inferior both in location and size to the one we had contracted for originally.
To make matter worse, the manager has been absolutely un-responsive to several emails requesting an adjustment be made to the rental charge...really insulting and terrible customer service!
I would never ever rent from Prague Residences...they don't maintain their apartments well, and when they fail, they refuse to do anything to make amends. -

Apartment very central, we could enjoy the services of restaurants, shops, and tours of the city without public transport.
In the apartment we were 8 people comfortably, maybe we miss some more towels more and some more cookware too.
In short, highly recommended and impeccable service agency, I recommend also that the movement of airport you contract with them, it is punctual and very attentive.

We stayed (6 family members) in the apartment for one week during December. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and warm. It is located in the very center of Prague, on a beautiful street, close to all places of interest. We had a great time having pubs and cafes right downstairs. We had 3 minor problems: The apartment turned out to be on the 3rd floor, not on the second as advertised, there weren't enough hot water for all of us to bath. Someone did come to see what can be done, but we had to wait a long period of time between every one of us would had a bath. The last thing was that there were construction noises in the morning (7:00 am - a bit too early for us). They did stop during the holiday, but still. The last thing that bothered me specifically was that the apartment is a bit too empty (no pictures on the wall, there was no soap in the washroom, no garbage bags except for one and not enough toilette paper). I think it would be nicer to have the apartment more accessorized.
I would like to finish the review with stating how pleasant and helpful the representatives of Prague Residences were. They were more than willing to help in everything, including helping with storage on our last day and helping taking our suitcases out to the taxi. I think that this is the main reason I would definitely choose Prague Residences again when we visit Prague (I hope soon).

Great value for money, best located. A bit noisy at night, but only in the bedroom which is on the street side. Appartment is on the third floor, and there´s no lift! This should have been informed in advance.
