We were met promptly by Vladimir who showed us the apartment, answered questions and provided some restaurant recommendations. He gave us his number and said he'd be available for any questions/problems.
Just two blocks from Wenceslas Sq and a short, very nice walk to Old Town Sq and Municipal House. Very quiet apartment. Very secure. Roomy, well appointed. Screened outdoor terrace (though not much a view). Everything worked as advertised. Would definitely return and would recommend to friends and family

The Best Prague Rental
Left on 10/04/2013 for a stay in September 2013 | Gregg & Jim
We're rented apartments for years all over Europe, South american and the entire USa, and this apartment was one of the best. First of all the management team was responsive from start to finish. The rental includes a picked and return to the Prague International airport and this was definitely a plus! The apartment has everything anyone would need and it worked extremely well for the four of us senior adults. The location of the apartment is on a side street, and was very quiet with easy access to walk to all areas for sighting seeing. The food store was close by, and the orientation we receive upon arrival at the apartment and the surrounding area with a map could not have been better. My partner and I, and my brother and his wife thought our stay was 5 stars. We'd all like to return to Prague again, in the future and we'd definitely stay here. Thanks again for a wonderful week in Prague.

The four of us had a wonderful stay in Prague. The check-in was effortless and we got lots of important info to help us enjoy our stay. The building is 2 blocks from Wenceslas Square and the shops we needed for groceries and sundries. There were 2 good restaurants within the block. The apartment has everything one could need including a big frig, stovetop and oven, microwave etc. We had some difficulty with the washer but Vladimir helped us immediately with that. I would suggest some simple instructions in English for the washer. It was a great week.
Awesome apt in a delightful city!

My 2 adult daughters enjoyed 4 nights here in april. The furnishings were very modern and comfortable. The bedrooms are enormous, and the beds quite comfortable, and tastefully appointed. We prepared and enjoyed several meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and dined on the private outdoor space adjoining the kitchen. Having 2 levels and 2 full bathrooms made the apt very quiet and private. All of this, and I have not mentioned the location... It is located very close to the train station and central Prague. We walked everywhere, and never required alternative transportation. We loved Prague and all of its charm, and staying here was just the "icing on the cake"! I hope to return to Prague one day, and will arrange our visit around the availability of this apt!

This apartment actually rates 4.5 stars and does not get the five star rating only for a couple of things that could have been better. But having said that, where to begin with the compliments.
First we were met by Vladimir who was most courteous in describing the apartment features and getting us settled in. He let us know that we could call or text him any time if there was anything we needed (we did and he was most responsive). The apartment is just as shown in the photos -- very nice, modern and clean, super clean. The furnishings were adequate and the kitchen could simply not be better (a few pantry cupboards would help). We would have preferred sheets on the beds instead of just a duvet that was intended for a single bed. We also would have liked somewhere to lay out all my toiletries, toothbrush, and the like in the bathrooms such as a small table or stand. Also no place to put shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower. However, two thumbs up on the bathroom lighting which was perfect for putting on makeup.
The minor glitches were overshadowed by everything good about the apartment. It was on a very quiet street and so close to Wenceslas Square that we walked there in just minutes. Really well located. The apartment was also nice and warm, we actually got snow while we were there and the apartment was a very nice respite.
We were disappointed that there were only two English speaking channels (news) and none for movies but we rented some movies at the book store nearby.
We both felt that we would return to the apartment and would certainly recommend it for one, two or three people. It might be somewhat small for four but it really has lots to offer. We loved it.

I stayed here with my husband, 16 yr old son and my parents and we all loved very minute of our stay. The apartment was classy and spacious. The beds were comfy and all amenities were well maintained. The apartment looks just like it does in the advertising photos. Email correspondance with the owner was attended to immediately and we were met at the apartment on arrival without any problems. The apartment was close to everything and we would certainly stay here again.

The apartment was very well equipped and so quiet even though right in the centre of the city with easy access to all transport and easy walking distance to all major tourist areas with a wealth of restaurants and mini markets nearby.
We spent 3 nights at the apartment and my only criticism would be nowhere to hang your clothes in the bedrooms which may be a problem during a longer stay - there is an ample wardrobe in the entrance hallway.
Fatastic stay at the attic Olivova appartment in Prague!

The apartment owner, Valdimir, turned out to be a fine gentleman, and was ready to help with any problems [which wasn't much] we had. My wife and 3 daughters had a good and relaxing stay despite a hectic schedule attending to our second daughter's graduation at Charles University.
The apartment had everything any family can wish for, and for me as an architect, this pad had style and good taste.

Very convenient, we were greeted at the apartment and got a drive from the airport. Loved the apartment and location. Everything we needed was there. Only things we didn't like we're the unfriendly driver and that the upstairs bathroom didn't have a shower.

This is a quality apartment in a very central location in Prague.
The welcome was very warm from our host, and everything in the apartment was in working order aexactly as described.
Probably not good for small children, but brilliant for adults!
Great apartment, great service!

The photos don't really do this apartment justice, it's a big bright apartment with really good quality equipment everywhere.
Small details can ruin a stay anywhere so it was great to stay somewhere where everything worked perfectly. Plenty of bedding, towels and hot water. Comfortable, clean sofas and beds.
There are many good looking apartments in Prague that on arrival turn out to be a bit more tired and worn looking than in the photos - this wasn't one of themm - everything is better than expected.
Highly recomended :)

We enjoyed our stay very much! Vladimir was already waiting for us and he was very helpful and he showed us how everything worked and he told us about nearby metro stations (Museum and Mustek), supermarkets etc. This apartment is one of the best pieces of real estate in Prague so you can't be wrong on the location. It is just gorgeous, so close to everything if you want to visit all the tourist spots and just wonderful for restaurants, ice cream shops, groceries and general wandering which is what you need to do in Prague. The apartment is very clean, well furnished and spacious. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. It was very good to have a dishwasher and washing machine for clothes. We (a family of four) had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment and I would highly recommend it.
