The apartment is a stone’s throw away from the Vltava River - you can also see the river from your terrace. 5 minutes from the apartment is a tennis club and fitness club or you can enjoy a picnic on the river bank. A golf range is also 5 minutes away as well as the famous Hotel Hilton Sky Bar overlooking the city. The River Diamond - this is a brand new apartment complex that is located close to the river Vltava. It is surrounded by a mixture of modern residential developements and office buildings. If you decide to take a tram to the city centre, you will be surrounded by buildings built at the beginning of the last century, with plenty of shops and cafes in the area.

This apartment lived up to expectations. It is far away from the tourist area to be nice and quiet but close enough to public transport to enusre that all tourist attractions are 10 or 15 minutes away. The apartment is modern and well equipped and there is 24 hour reception so we felt safe as the access was controlled. All the arrangements were smooth and everyone was extremely helpful. Unfortunately the washing machine was not working and the kitchen was not as clean as I would have liked, but I provided that feedback to the rental agents. From a safety, comfort and convenience aspect I would certainly stay there again.

I stayed at this flat for 5 nights in early april 2012. It was a very modern apartment well equipped with washing machine, oven and dishwasher. The cooking utensils were adequate and well maintained. There were supplies of hand washing liquid (good quality one) at the bathroom; detergent, sponges and wiping cloths at the kitchen. These items might not be supplied in some other apartments.
The apartment was located in a good district with nice neighbourhood. Restaurants and supermarkets could be reached by walking within a few minutes. You could also reach the city centre easily within 10 minutes by riding on the Tram No. 24 or Metro. They located only a few minutes walk from the apartment. There was also a service centre located at the real estate that the residents could seek assistance on getting touring information or other help.
Generally speaking, it was a nice stay.
