This apartment was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped. Very comfortable and quiet, which was very welcome after a long day seeing the sights in Prague.
We were absolutely in love with the rooftop balcony.

We stayed 3 nights in attic Klimentska and had a wonderful experience.
The apartment is light, airy, spacious and extremely comfortable, close to everything and a welcome delight after a long day of touring. We especially enjoyed the pool table and small outdoor deck. Mr. Rached was professional, and answered all our questions.
As long as you can walk up 4 flights of stairs (there is no elevator), this apartment is a find.
A lovely stay in a beautiful apartment and city

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment in Prague. It was easy to move around the city from and we received excellent pick up and return service to airport and train station. Everything was provided for our comfort including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The best part of the apartment were the skylights that all opened. The least enjoyable were the 118 steps up stairs each time we returned, but it certainly kept us in shape! And it was a shame we couldn't sit out on the patio as it was flooded and it didn't seem as though there was any drainage system or at least it wasn't working. Thanks for the memories!

This apartment was simply amazing. There is not one thing i can put a finger on that would make it a bad apartment. It's modern and nothing is missing. The host was friendly and helpful. As the title of the review says it felt instantly as if i was home and if i ever come back to Prague, this will be the apartment i will try to rent again!

Just returned from a delightful week in Prague that was enhanced by this charming, centrally located apartment. Vladmir is the perfect host to meet on arrival and went out of his way to accommodate our delayed arrival, requested extension and patiently answered all our multiple questions. The apartment is spacious, especially for a family with older kids. If you don't mind the stairs, its airy, open and modern. Highly recommended.

The apartment was an excellent getaway centrally located to Prague's main sites. The apartment was large, clean, well furnished and private. We loved coming back to the apartment after a busy day sightseeing in Prague. The apartment was very close to shopping and provided everything we needed for a great stay in Prague (we appreciated the coffee!). The check-in process was easy, and Vladimir gave us an excellent tour of the apartment and explained everything. We would highly recommend this apartment!

Our family of five, with children aged 16, 18, and 20, found this apartment to be the perfect set up for us. The space was huge and designed beautifully. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating in. The bathrooms were very nice. The extras, such as the billiard table, Ipod docks, big flat screen tvs, and more made it fun to be there. All of the aC units worked very well and the roof top deck had an interesting view. The walk up 4 levels (no elevator) kept us active, but it was well worth it for the view, etc. Also, that section of the city is very quiet but a very easy walk to all of the bars, restaurants, shopping, and sites in Prague. The owner, Vladimir, was very helpful also. We would recommend this apt. to anyone who could walk up and down the 4 flights!
A great place to stay

My partner and I and another couple stayed at attic Klimentska in June 2012 and had a terrific experience. We were met at the agreed time by the caretakers and given a good tour of the place (although they did not tell us the buzzer codes for the apartment, so ensuring I had a key when out without my travel companions was a constant concern .. be sure to ask for the buzzer codes!). The place was virtually new and very clean, with a kitchen that has everything you need (dishes, pots, coffee maker etc). Very bright; great terrace for outdoor space and extremely well located near good shopping (mall with food stores) and sights. The provided coffee and soaps/shampoos were a nice touch. One of the features is quiet ... the light sleeper in me welcomed the extreme quiet of the place, especially at night. I've had no hesitation recommending friends to stay there.

The apartment is really lovely. It it spacious, comfortable and contained all the things we needed. It would be suitable to stay for several weeks for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. For a short break, 2 more people could also stay there.
The location on the edge of the Nove Mesto is fantastic. Not quite as close to the market square and Charles bridge as expected but very easy to walk there and quite quickly!
We really liked being a little away from the crowds and noise anyway!
The stairs are hard work on a hot day but if you are fit and healthy thats no problem.
The weather in Prague during our stay was fantastic 34-36C! This meant it was super warm in the upstairs attic apartment and we had a problem that one airconditioner did not work in one bedroom. Gabriela was amazing though - very friendly, communicative and did all she could to make our stay hassle free. We would definitely reccommend the apartment. The service we received was excellent.
