Very spacious and modern Prague apartment for rent located in the heart of the city. This two bedroom apartment for rent offers two en-suite bathrooms to provide maximum intimacy for 2 staying couples. In addition to that you can temporary accommodate another 2 friends by using a large comfortable roll-away sofa located in the living room. Featuring a generous living area furnished with modern taste and a well designed kitchen fully equipped.

This comfortable Prague apartment rental is suitable for short term rent as well as for long term rent. The location is really outstanding - a few minutes for Charles Bridge and Old Town square, in addition, there is tram station in neighbourhood where many tram lines take place. In spite of superb location the residence lies in quiet street with many restaurants and other tourist attraction around.

Children under 2 years stay free of charge. Children at the age of 2-12 years stay for a charge of 10 EUR per night. Please, do not include them in the number of guests in your reservation, just announce that they are travelling with you. You will pay for their stay during your check-in.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
