Description

Centrally located studio apartment in a quiet building (mostly owner occupied) with many inexpensive restaurants, tea houses and pubs in the area. Nice patio with a table and six chairs. Easy access from street level. The apartment and the building have recently been completely renovated. Old town or Wenceslas square is a 5 minute tram ride. The tram is a 3 minute walk and runs every 4 minutes during the day. There are 2 night (00:00-5:45) trams running every 15 min.. The metro is an 8 minute walk.

Check-in is 2 pm to 9 pm, check-out is 8:00 am to 11:00 am. For other times discuss with host.

Response from the owner As far as I know and based on other reviews I have always been polite and helpful. I speak English and Czech. A 100 EUR damage deposit is standard. We return the deposit in person upon check-out. Since this guest was leaving at 4:00 am in the morning, we did an early check-out at 8:00 pm at which time we returned the 100 EUR damage deposit. I do not visit the apartment while guests are staying in it so I don't understand the phrase "barely returned to the apartment". Yes the toilet is small but the shower is separate and good size. The overall apartment is a good size as per other reviews. It's an old building that's been renovated. Bigger apartments are available at a higher price.

Response from the owner The apartment is generally very quiet even with the windows open. In the somertime there can be some noise from people walking by but there is no pub next to the apartment. We clean the apartment thoroughly but It's possible that some utensils had water stains on them. We now ensure all utensils are dry when put away. The microwave oven was older and scratched up a bit on the inside but not dirty. We have already replaced it with a new microwave. We have provided a hairdryer (if we had been asked we would have provided one right away). If you have any questions or requests when staying at our apartment you can contact us via telephone, sms (text message) or e-mail. We will be happy to address them.

How do damage deposits work?
