Casa Bredamanda is a light-filled,refined and indipendent house on two floor.

The house is located near one of the most evocative little piazzas on the Amalfi Coast and overlooks an extraordinary panorama which takes in the entire Gulf in a glance

Well furnished with some antique pieces and boasting beautiful and characteristic internal living spaces, the house is an absolute oasis of comfort and tranquility. The beach at La Praiano and the centre of Praiano with its bus connections to Amalfi, Positano and Salerno is a short 15 minute walk away or you can make use of the internal ‘orange' bus service which stops 20 metres from t...he entrance of the apartment and connects Praiano with Positano.

Casa Bredamanda is easy to reach going up approximately 50 stairway steps.

You will entry into the house through a very nice terrace equipped with a wickerwork sofa, and with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi.

You will entry directly into the living room where you will find a sofa and an armchair. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television. .

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. It is situated on your left side,it is bright and confortable with antique pieces.

It has a matrimonial bed.

The furnishings are comfortable, and include some antique pieces. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door.

On the same floor there is a bath room equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower and a very big kitchen on your right side. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a table to seat six guests. The kitchen has two windows with a partial view of the sea.

On the second floor there are other two bedrooms,one has a matrimonial bed and another has two single bed. From this bedroom you will able to enter into the second terrace The terrace is equipped with a wickerwork sofa, and with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

And in the corridor there is a small laundry room where you can find at your disposal a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

From Praiano, it is easy to reach the most renowned locations of the entire Coast without the usual problems of the more famous tourist sites of the area.

There are no crowds here. No line-ups and no need to do without for your budget's sake.

In fact , Praiano is still a little town of human proportions where everything is still genuinely typical and affordable.
