Casa Capinera is a bright apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps five people. From Casa Capinera you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the gulf of Salerno far in the horizon. Casa Capinera is 75 square meters (810 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be approximately 600 meters (660 yards) from Praiano. You will find the closest restaurant at 400 meters (440 yards), a grocery store at 350 meters (380 yards), the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line and the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Praiano line at 250 meters (820 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Praia Beach) at roughly 800 meters (half a mile) including 60 stairway steps. You will reach Casa Capinera from the street level going down a public walkway that cuts through a courtyard and includes approximately 70 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Capinera. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, for a fee, inside the entrance gate. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you (availability is limited; if you think you will need parking please inquire before placing your reservation). Terrace

The terrace is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a perfumed lemon pergola. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, four sun loungers and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a bright view of the sea and of the gulf of Salerno far in the horizon.

Living Room

The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The furnishings are bright and agreeable. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The room also has a large panoramic window with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Kitchen

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. The dining table can accommodate two guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace with a view of the sea.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has no windows. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer.

Bedroom 2

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has no windows.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.

Laundry room

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the corridor. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. Parking

The parking space is suitable for one car.
