This beautiful property is located in the upper part of Praiano and more scenic.

You access it directly from the streets through 15 steps is also where you can easily park your car free.

From Villa Paradiso you can enjoy the spectacular views of the Amalfi Coast with on your left side Salerno and the Cape of Conca and Capri,and Positano on the other.

Villa Paradiso has a large air conditioning living room with three sofas, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with air conditioning, one with a king size bed and the other with two single beds, for a total of 6 beds because one of the sofa has bed.

There are also two b...athrooms, one with shower, one with bathtub-shower.

One of the terraces is equipped with sun loungers, table and six chairs and is beautiful have dinner outdoor under the starry sky of the Magic Amalfi Coast enjoying the sunset and the sunrise.And the other terrace has a table ad four chairs.

Only 5 minutes walk there is the bus stop of the 'local bus that takes you to the Praia beach as to Positano.

The grocery stores are within walking distance and they have free delivery of shopping at home.

The center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, bars and shops is also within walking distance with only 15 minute .

To get home you can use the local bus from the center reaches the stop for the home in less than 5 minutes.

From Praiano, it is easy to reach the most renowned locations of the entire Coast without the usual problems of the more famous tourist sites of the area.
Geographically, the town overlooks the sea and one of the most beautiful vistas in the world.

Set in luxurious Mediterranean bush, dotted with classic local hanging gardens and clinging to the Gulf of Salerno, the town overlooks vistas of promontories, paths and trekking trails that take in, in a single glance, the Faraglioni rocks of Capri, the spectacle of the town of Positano and locations such as Furore, famous for its wines and Agerola, known for its dairy products which overlook Praiano from the mountains and overhanging rocks.

As far as history, tradition and culture are concerned, Praiano can hold its own with any other town in the area.

It is the seat of an important annual folk music festival, several important and well known cultural manifestations; for example, La Luminaria di San Domenico (a festival of lights).
