Family Krstulovic doesn't offer you usual apartments, but separate houses in unique and exclusive location with private beach!
Situated on a 2000m2 lot in a cove “Tepli bok”, immediately at sea, 1,3 km away from the town centre.
Two smaller houses with vast terraces facing the sea lie on a cascade-like site with stone stairways, in the pine shade and surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. Here you can enjoy your own private beach with a shower and sunbathing area! It is a stone beach with arranged access to the sea, but not adequate for non-swimmers. You can go to the centre by the road or by the seafront promenade.

In a Croatia holiday, we want comfort and isolation. That's exactly what we got at House Drago.
The location is very remote, at the outskirts the town of Primosten. That means - almost no neighbours, no people, no music in the evenings. For that, you can always go to Primosten (5-7 minutes by car).
The house itself is wonderful. Three very clean rooms - a large and comfortable living-room-plus-kitchen and two bedrooms, small but cozy.
The best is the terrace - gigantic, airy, with a view of the sea and Primosten old town, with a table to eat or play cards, with chaise-longues to sleep or just relax.
A path through a very beautiful garden leads to a very private beach. The only people we ever met there were our neighbours from the second house!
And, of course, the family itself. We've been renting houses all over Croatia for eight years and never saw a family so educated, discreet and ready to help when help is needed. And they all speak very good English, the father of the family also speaks German.
So, all in all, this is the perfect place to stay if you want a holiday in comfort and isolation. The remoteness of the location and the stony beach with a deep sea makes it not-ideal for people without a car and/or with small children, but as we are neither, it didn't bother us :)
We've asked to see the second house the family offers for rental and it's wonderful. Terrace, sea-view, beautifully furnished, perfect for a couple.

The rental is located in a very quiet and beautiful site, with direct access through a garden to a private beach. The house is very comfortable and spacious, with many amenities and a large terrace.
The owners are very friendly and helpful.
This is a perfect place to relax, enjoy the beautiful coast of Dalmatia and a perfect base for sight-seeing. -

The owners are very friendly and open for all kind of whishes you have.
The house is big with a renovated bathroom. They have their own parking space.
The most important thing is a big open space in front of house, whith wiew on the sea. The sea is 30 steps away. You have your own beach. You can take a shower directly on the beach.
You can go to the Primošten city by the car or you could take a walk near the sea and enjoy the beautifull view. The best walk by the sea is at the evening when the sun sets.
That place is excellent for the people who dont like crowded places and want to take some rest. This is a complete disconnection from the normal world.
