Our stay in Room 8131 was for the most part pleasant...beautiful grounds and views.
The room did have a "damp" smell that was remedied by keeping the window and door open to create cross ventilation.
I was told that the room had wireless reception but sadly discovered that the signal was too weak for my laptop...requiring me to walk 5 minutes uphill 3 times a day to access the computer (if available) in the lobby. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand as I would not have brought my much needed laptop.
Lastly, I was not informed beforehand that in addition to the $25 resort fee, there was a $5/day resort "check-in" fee which I was not prepared for. (Please let guests know this beforehand). Mahalo.
