In next to new condition, this 3 bedroom plus Den plus 2.5 bathroom Nihilani condo is located in the heart of Princeville about half way between the shopping center and the St. Regis Hotel. The condo sleeps up to 6 adults and 2 kinds (under age 12). There are bunk beds in the den for the kids. This was the "developers" condo - so it is the best of the lot with all granite counter tops, custom upgraded appliances and a great location that is just across the small access road from the swimming pool/hot tub complex. Located in the heart of Princeville on the Northern shore of Kauai. The condo is in a complex called Nihilani. It is the newest complex in Princeville having been built in 2007. the condo is on Pepelani Loop that connects to the main access road (Ka Huku) which connects to the main highway to Lihue where the airport is located.

Everything was great! We loved being so close to the mountains and that the shuttle picked us up right in front of the condo. There is plenty of space, we comfortable had 8 people staying for 5 nights, having two full bathrooms really helped. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked almost every night. This is a great deal if you are looking at staying in Winter Park.

Working with the condo owners the property managers at the lodge was an exceptional experience. John, the owner, provided a great deal of valuable information prior to the trip. We thought the home was cozy and quiet and a great getaway for my husband, baby daughter and I.
We were able to enjoy the pool in the clubhouse and simply just enjoyed relaxing in front of the fire. We thought the proximity to Winter Park ski area and the amenties of town was great.
All and all if we returned again for a family vacation we would definitely rent the condo again!
