This is a two story, two bedrooms (K, Q) and 2.5 bathroom villa with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with flat screen TV, ceiling fans throughout, dining area and two lanais facing the lush tropical beauty of Kauai. Check out the surf across the street, close to Hideaways beach path and also the beach path along the St. Regis. The master suite has a lovely King size bed, TV, full bath, and a private lanai. The guest bedroom also features a Queen size bed. My husband and I headed here for our honeymoon and it could not have been more perfect! It was a stand alone, so we felt like we had our privacy- the only negative is that the windows in the house could use more curtains/ blinds. It had more than enough space, a washer/ dryer, internet, and a nice kitchen. The location was perfect for us as it was a short walk/ hike down to a nice beach, and a short drive to Hanalei.
The views from both the back of the house (rainforest) and the front (ocean) were breathtaking and with huge windows in the bedroom it was a peaceful way to wake up.
The price was more than reasonable and we felt incredibly lucky to have stayed in this wonderful place. We hope to return next year! -

First off, I love the location (Princeville)! I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Kauai. The condo was very clean and beautiful. Right across the street you can see an amazing sunset. The rental company was awesome and I miss eating sushi at Genki. Far, but worth the drive.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying here for a few nights and highly recommend it. No water views (glimpses if you're standing), but with gorgeous mountain views available from your balcony you're not missing out. Walk across the road to watch whales, or stroll a but further down for gorgeous sunsets over Hanalei bay. Would happily book here again.

I stayed in this house with my sister and mother. The house is great, everything you could ask for in a vacation home. There are beautiful views out of every window. Never once heard the neighbors, who are a nice distance away from the house. The house is well equipped in the kitchen and elsewhere. The only drawback is lack of closet space but as long as you don't bring much, you should be fine.
There is a path to the beach across the street, to the right, between the two first condo buildings. This is a great snorkeling beach and nice and quiet compared to the St. Regis Beach (which is still very nice).
This house is perfect for families. For two couples the wall between the bedroom is a bit thin.
I will definitely stay here again.
