The Cliff's Resort is located on the Bluff's of Princeville, Kauai, a gated community, and a true beauty spot of Kauai; a place of enchantment for the early Hawaiians who performed the Hula on these very Bluffs in celebrations, with Bali Hai Landmark in full view across Hanalei Bay. The Cliffs is situated on a beautiful stretch of Coastline on the Bluffs overlooking the Ocean where you can view the dancing whales in season from the large lawn and Gazebo that faces the ocean.

Princeville and the North Shore has the most beautiful tropical scenery of all the Islands and is the home of the famous St. Regis Hotel. It also overlooks Hanalei Bay and Hanalei Bay Beach which was voted the best beach in the USA and Hawaii in 2009.

Thank you for your interest in our lovely Cliff's studio unit 1208B with a garden view. The condominium is located in a master planned community (Princeville, Kauai) which has the most beautiful tropical scenery of all the Islands.

The Cliffs at Princeville is nestled on 22 acres of paradise overlooking the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean. The resort complex features many on-site amenities, including free access to wireless internet network, gas grills in front of the studio unit and at several other locations, two tennis courts, a full-size volleyball/badminton court, a half-court basketball court, two shuffleboard courts and a children's playground. The Cliffs Resort offers many amenities including a new swimming pool with waterfalls, spa for adults, Club House with internet access, and a putting green with sand traps.

This spacious Second Floor Studio Unit features a King size bed, free wireless internet, desk and dressers and a private 200 Square Foot Lanai which faces the green mountains and waterfalls, Bali Hai, and the famous Kauai sunsets. A small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and plates/silverware/glasses are provided. The unit includes cable TV, a radio/CD player, a VHS/DVD player (movie rentals are available for a nominal fee at the Cliff's reception desk) and a phone with free local calls. There is a ceiling fan in the unit. There is a washer and dryer located in the entry hall that leads to the unit's front door. The laundry facility is shared with one other unit whose doorway is across the hall.

The check in time is after 3 pm and check out is by 10 am, unless an extension is granted by the maid.

As guests at The Cliffs, you are entitled to golf discounts on all North shore courses, including the world class 27-hole Makai Course (ranked 5th in the Islands) and 18- hole Prince Course which is ranked number one in Hawaii Golf Digest. The Cliffs features four tennis courts, a large pool, two Jacuzzi's, and a spa. The facility also includes a putting green and sand bunker, recreation room, BBQ area both at the pool and in the lovely Gazebo overlooking the blue Pacific and whale watching in season. The Cliff’s has a full-time-time staff with an activities and tour. Director available for your assistance in planning activities while you are in Kauai and on the North Shore.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Rates listed are based upon a week's stay, and do not include all costs, including 13.41% Hawaiian taxes and cleaning fees! Ask owner about total costs for other periods as we have a graduated rate system that deceases the longer you stay. During the Holidays we can require a 7 night’s minimum stay.

We have a preference for a week’s bookings or longer and 3 and 4 nights booking must be a good fit for the calendar or they will leave unbooked nights, and nights that are no longer possible to book. So, bookings for 3 and 4 nights are subject to being a good fit with other bookings which is decided on a case by case basis by the owner.

Accordingly, If this unit is not open for your dates contact us for other options as we have 16 other units in Princeville, Kauai.

The monthly rates do include all costs but they are the only ones that do. Ask owner for full cost of weekly rates including taxes and cleaning fees, etc.

We have high season rates and low season rates.

Please fill out either the registration form or inquiry form on our web site if you wish to start the booking process or require more information on a unit. If you book for one week or more and you pay by check or money order we permit the payment of a deposit of 50% to book and the balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. For bookings of less than a week the full amount is due upon the completion of the booking.
