This house is absolutely gorgeous, and such a wonderful place to stay. We have had the good fortune to spend three vacations in this amazing home. After each one, our only regret has been that we had to leave. Larry has taken great care to ensure that the house is in wonderful condition. He has, over the years, made upgrades - which is pretty great since we thought it was perfect the first time we stayed. All three times we've stayed at the house with a couple families and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and relax throughout the day. The pool, hot tub and outdoor area are absolutely gorgeous. And you cannot beat the views - incredible. You will want to come back again and again!

The view from Hululani is fantastic!! And the house is absolutely gorgeous - we had the best time staying here!!We were continually surprised by all the amenities the house had to offer: everything you need for the beach (boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach towels, a cooler, beach chairs), a big and fully stocked kitchen, great bath towels, lots of games, comfortable beds and bedrooms! Seriously, this house has it all! It is spacious and airy - we came with another family and we did not feel like we were on top of each other at all. Our kids were in seventh heaven with the pool and hot tub - as were the adults! Hululani truly felt like paradise.

We had a perfect Summer vacation here and celebrated a 40th birthday.
Great Location! We hit 7 of the 15 best beaches in our guidebook within a 30 min drive. Close to food and shopping but in a quiet cul de sac for quiet private evenings. Amazing views of Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai. We cooked in most nights using the amazing kitchen and BBQ amenities. There were beach towels, chairs, shade umbrellas, Boogie boards etc so we did not have to pack any of that heavy stuff. The kids loved the swimming pool and hot tub (when we were not a the beach) and all the fruit they could pick on trees nearby. Beds were super comfy! Hard to pick a best part as it was all great. Looking forward to coming back! -

This is one amazing place for a vacation! Great access to the attractions and beauty of Kauai. Renting a home this beautiful, it is hard to leave it and go sight seeing! Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms are all top notch with deluxe finishes. We especially enjoyed the nice grill for fresh fish from the local market in Hanalei. The private pool and hot tub were also a highlight.

If you want an extraordinary location and amenities this is the home for your next Kauai get away. You will enjoy the open floor plan on the main level that has an endless view out over the pool, the accomodations for up to 4 couples and the ease of getting to Hanalei Bay. I have stayed here 3 times and ready to go back again. Enjoy!

The home is beautiful offering privacy and yet opportunity for community in the spacious kitchen, dining, and living areas. The pool, spa and yard are also private and have extraordinary views. We had a magnificent time.
