Unit very tidy and modern. Close to St Regis Hotel and golf courses. Just a short drive to Hanalei Bay and Pier where we had great surf.
Small shopping centres close by had grocery shops that enabled us to easily self cater. Lovely relaxing holiday. -

My husband and I spent 8 days in the beautiful condo. The place had everything we needed. The condo was clean, the bed was super comfortable and had all the comforts of home. The grounds were well kept and the location was perfect on the cliffs of Princeville and minutes from Hanalai.
Loved this place. -

We have been to Kauai many times. This unit has a great location, and was reasonably priced. The equipment for use in the unit , including surf boards and boogie boards, is a nice perk; not available in all rent units like it.
There were some fixable issues with this unit however. At first arrival none of the shutters were moveable; the mechanisms were frozen wide open. Our first night was cold! After more trouble than necessary, we finally were able to have Napali Prop. schedule a maintenance visit to address the issue. They repaired half of the shutters! I was there for vacation, not for seeing to the maintenance of the unit. This place is not managed well. Not enough attention is given to its condition on a regular basis. There are molded wicker couches and chairs on the lanai. nice view; change the furniture!
On one night the smoke alarm activated in the hall between our unit and the one next to us. There is no one on site to handle issues like this in real time. After disconnecting the alarm myself, I called Napali about this issue as well.
Perhaps with shutters that would fully close at night, the roosters would not have woken us at 430am every morning. Very annoying!
We love Kauai! We will not return to this location however.
For couples looking for privacy, this unit affords none. -

San DiegoNice place with limitations. We would not stay there again.

I will focus on those items that made the unit less than it should have been:
1) The unit is very close to a busy/noisy road. The windows above the bed which face that road could not be closed. The result was being awakened to road noise very early every morning.
2) Several items didn't work. These included the bedside lamp, several windows that could not be opened or closed, the bathroom towel rack was very loose, and the deck chairs looked very moldy.
3) The kitchen was not equiped with cookingware for the either the microwave or oven.
4) There were inadequate instructions for operating some of the amenities. Example: The cable TV setup.
5) I think charging $125 for cleaning such a small place was exorbitant. -

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very up to date and yet very livable. Having the washer & dryer was a big plus.
Unfortunately, we forgot to return the parking sticker and did not find it for some days. We tend to be very careful about any rules, but we failed this time. Upon our return home, I called the office to say I was mailing it back to them; I got a very frosty reception and was told they had already charged our card and it was unlikely that the charge would be remitted after their card was returned. -

Nice price for the area, nice view out the lanai. Noisy when others were in the surrounding condo. Walking distance to St. Regis Hotel. Not an easy trek to the Hidden Beach.

This was a really great place. I stayed for three weeks and wish I would have stayed for a month. The location is great, with excellent sunset views and waterfalls in the mountains. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful as well. This is an open air studio with a loft, so you do get a taste of hawaiin living, so be prepared for roosters, noise from neighbors, etc. This unit has no a/C, but I never felt hot, in fact at night I had to close to the screen door and get under the blankets. The weather always amazed me, especially the fact how an a/C was not needed. There was always a nice breeze during my stay. Also, foodland is right around the corner, with a few restaurants and shops. Dont forget to walk around the neighborhood, and to the beach at. St, Regis, and if you can climb, hideaway beach is around the corner.

We really enjoyed our stay , this location, although it seemed to be far away from everything it was still perfect. We did need to have a rental, as would be required anywhere on the island to really enjoy the beauty of this serene place. Everything that one needed could be purchased at the mall in Princeville, and the suite was more than comfortable, oh my and the sunsets were amazing. I would certainly stay at this rental again.

We had neighbors smoke nearby and tht blew in. We wished we could have covered the windows to prevent light from coming in. We were glad to be near the hotel, but not glad to be so close to road. Couldhave used better knives. Loved the big tv for the Super bowl. Loved the lawn chairs. Bed was comfortable. Had to use loft pillow though.

Lovely home with all the amenities you expect in a vacation home. Right across the street was a picture postcard view of Princeville coastline for sunsets that could take your breath away. The home had recently been remodeled , we just had to settle in & enjoy our much look forward to vacation. All ready planning a return next year.
