Villa Lauloa was a wonderful place to stay for a multi-generational family. It was clean and well-stocked with comfortable beds. Teresa provided great information on hikes, bird-watching, etc. Villa books and information were helpful and plentiful. Puu Poa beach (a short walk away) was the most beautiful beach with great snorkeling out at the reef. Queen's Bath, also nearby, was a fabulous place to snorkle (if calm). Villa Lauloa is located in a nice (safe) neighborhood. Large rooms added to the comfort. We could not have asked for more.

My spouse and I traveled to Kauai and stayed at Villa Lauloa with 2 other couples as a graduation trip for completing Medical School. The home was clean, comfortable and very spacious, with an open floor plan in the main living spaces that was great for cooking, gathering, and relaxing. The home had nice views of the surrounding mountains and is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood where we were able go for walks and bike rides. The hot tub in the private back yard was an added bonus. Situated in Princeville, we were close to some of the island's most scenic beaches. We had a very memorable stay in this home and can't wait to go back!

We stayed here with a group of 6 people and we had a blast! I can't say enough great things about this home, it is the perfect location, perfect house and has everything you need during your stay! The first thing we saw as we pulled in to the driveway were the bananas that were ready to be picked off the banana trees, they were delicious :) Once we got into the home we were impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of all the rooms. The home is beautifully decorated with everything you will need during your stay (great BBQ too) and the beds are extremely comfortable. We enjoyed going on morning walks out to queens bath or some of the other local spots and using the complimentary bikes to go to the grocery store to pick up anything we needed to cook that night. The house had a lot of complimentary items that really saved us from needing to go out and spend more money, it has boogie boards, a snorkel mask, beach towels, a closet full of books and magazines, Dvd's, bikes - what more could you ask for?!?! We would definitely recommend it to everyone! Oh, we also enjoyed going out at night and sitting in the jacuzzi while looking at the stars :)

We don't know where to begin. You have a fabulous piece of paradise. There are no words to describe Villa Lauloa. A person needs to experience it first-hand.
We were on the island of Kauai to celebrate the wedding of our niece with family and friends arriving from Maryland, Georgia, Minnesota, Arizona, New Mexico and California. The wedding took place on the beach at Hanalei Bay with the most beautiful weather.
Villa Lauloa worked out perfect for our group of 8 adults and two children. The location is perfect. During our week's stay on Kauai we went to five different beaches, horseback riding, kayaking, shopping, eating, etc. Your home was very well-equipped with all the equipment needed for everything that we wanted to do.
Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We all had a great week.

Our stay was everything we wanted it to be. Teresa was great to work with. The house was beautiful and easily housed our family. They had everything we needed plus extras like movies, games, books, bikes, snorkel gear and boogie boards. Even laundry soap! We had a great time. The location is awesome and we loved the hot tub.

The house is nice and big and would be great for large groups. My only complaint is that the house gets very hot during the day and fans don't help much. It is very well maintained and in Princeville which is the best place to stay on the north shore.

A wonderful house for a family and friends. The downstairs media room is great with teenagers as they have their own space. The living area is open and has great views as does the mountain/waterfall view from the lanai. The trade winds make the house very comfortable and the lack of a/C is actually a pleasure to anyone from a truly hot area. The local manager's were very accommodating and our every need was taken care of immediately. Mahalo!
