Our home has 4 bedrooms including two master bedrooms each with its own bath. Ideal for families large and small, our spacious home 1 king bed, 2 queens and 4 bunk beds. The upstairs lanai provides stunning views of the Namolokama Mountains and Waterfalls. It is a 10 minute walk to P'u Poa Beach, and a short drive to many others plus all of the activities available on the north shore. We spent two lovely weeks here, with my parents and sister from australia and my wife and kids. The kids room has two bunks. Everyone else got a nice queen or king bed.
The spa was a hit with the kids and used at least once daily. The amenities (beach toys, snorkel gear) were a great addition.
It is located in a quite neighborhood. A short walk down a steep hill to a great beach at the St Regis. Other trials hidden around Princeville were worth exploring, but not with kids.
We would stay again! -

A perfectly appointed home sleeping up to 10 in bedrooms with extra pull out bed in living room. It has all the essentials and then some. No beach equipment needed with this rental. Baby beds, high chairs and family friendly furnishings helped this be the perfect place for us: 8 adults, 2 elementary age children and 2 toddlers made up our family group. The hot tub was large and clean and ran smoothly. The large open kitchen helped us all to prepare and cook our delicious meals The grill was clean and large to cook lt lots of fish and meats.
I highly recommend this home. The only slightly negative was that the pictures give one the idea that there is lots of open space around the home. It s placed between 2 other homes. At first I was disappointed in the location, but after about 5 minutes it was not an issue! The view from the upstairs deck is fabulous with a lovely waterfall in the distance.

We just stayed in your amazing house in October with another family. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. The house is well equipped with everything you will and very clean. There were lots of extras too like snorkeling equipment and other toys for the kids. We all just loved this house. Out of our 5 trips to the island this was our best accomodation by far and we would definitely stay with you again! Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Our stay in Kauai was wonderful and this house in Princeville was perfect for our extended family of 8. The kitchen was the gathering place and a soak in the jacuzzi ended our days on the beach. There were lots of beach toys, snorkling equipment, and mats to use. We shopped at the market place coming into Princeville which was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay very much.
