The house is spacious, the kitchen was fairly large and decently equipped. the refrigerator, and washer/dryer were are large. The patio off the living room was nice. The backyard was fairly large and great for kids. There is an outside shower with hot water for post-beach cleanup. While the master room had a nice view (partial ocean view) and was large with ample sitting space, it was a open loft design so that the stairway going up was open and therefore it was very noisy if people were downstairs (i.e., you could hear every word when people were talking in the main living area). The home was furnished nicely but not so nice you would worry about kids breaking something expensive (actually our kids did minor damage to a lamp and a stain on the carpet and we were charged a reasonable cleaning fee). It would be a very long walk to the beach but there are nice beaches within approximately a 10 minute drive. Property manager was responsive, when things needed attention. Overall it is a very nice rental house for a family.
