this is the 6th year we have rented the Sanders house. Na Pali properties always make sure the home is clean. Everything you need is there. The views are fantastic from living, dining rooms and the Kitchen. Two comfortable lanais with ample seating and great views. In Princeville close to everything on the North shore. Any problems that arise are handled promptly by Na Pali properties.We love the views most of all.

The Sanders House has an excellent location with a great view of the ocean. However, the interior of the house is in need of substantial repairs. The garage door is broken and cannot be locked. Because the door from the garage into the house does not secure easily (the security chain is held by one loose screw), security through the garage is questionable. The BBQ is a joke and the house needs a DVD player. The DVD control is there but the DVD player is missing. Many interior fixtures are either missing or rusted. The window blinds in the master bedroom are broken. The tile in the master bath is badly stained and the fixtures in the shower and sinks should be replaced. It is hard to believe this house is on the market for nearly $1.3M.

This is a great house in a convenient neighborhood in Princeville. Nice walk to the St. Regis resort for sunset cocktails and near multiple beaches. The views from the decks were spectacular and the kitchen was equipped enough to be able to cook meals in. The furniture is a bit dated but we were not there to lounge on the house furniture. Definitely would rent this house again.

Loved the views from all rooms. Location
was quiet cul-de-sac within Princeville.
House was older, needed interior updates along with some newer furniture. Customer
service at rental office was very responsive and considerate. Excellent
location for seasonal whale watching. Would probably recommend to friends. -

A very lovely home with a nice view to the ocean. An interesting home, but perhaps in a state of "genteel" decay. The living room furniture was atrocious - worn out and uncomfortable. Several lights were out, 3 of 4 burners on stove would not light automatically, etc. But well equipped and overall very comfortable.
Kauai, as ever, is still a magic island with wonderful people, although this year with quite a bit of inclement weather (continuous thunderstorms! & flash food warnings).
Rented a unit in Sealodge for next year.
Overall, a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation. -

THE HOME IS IN NEED OF REPAIR AND CLEANING.
1. HOUSE MAINLY KITCHEN
NEEDS TO BE CLEANDED, FOOD LEFT IN KITCHEN. DRAWERS ARE DIRTY TO THE
POINT THAT YOU DON'T WANT TO PUT YOUR FOOD IN THEM LIKE SPROUTED
POTATOES. NOTHING REALLY NICE IN THE KITCHEN EVEN THE CAN OPENER WAS
BROKE
2 CARPETS NEED CLEANING
3 DECK FURNITURE BROKE OR JUST NASTY
WITH OLD AND SOME MOLDED PADS ALONG WITH THE DECK RAIL BROKEN OR ROTTED
OUT IN MANY PLACES/ NOT SAFE.
4 BBQ WAS NOT PROVIDED UNTIL 6 DAYS AFTER
STAY STARTED.
5.FOUND COCK ROACH, ANTS, SMALL CENTIPEDE IN HOUSE AND
CANE SPIDER DEAD BUT LAYING ON PILLOWS IN THE CLOSET FLOOR

IN THE HOUSE IS VERY POOR QUALITY AND UNCOMFORTABLE.
