The Villa includes two spacious Master Suites each with Cal. King beds, private baths (one with jetted tub, the other with a glass-block & tile walk-in shower), TV/DVD combo and a common lanai, plus a third guest bedroom with 2 Twin beds, an adjacent bath and great views of the pool, mountains & waterfalls. The living & dining areas, and custom kitchen have an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings for the cool tropical breezes and views from all the windows.

Prepare meals in the beautifully appointed full gourmet kitchen featuring granite counters and gorgeous matched-grain koa wood cabinets. A large fully equipped gas barbecue is close by at the pool., less than 30 seconds from our front door. A large fully equipped gas BBQ is close by at the pool. Enjoy evenings in with the new 42ā€¯ LED High Def TV and Blu-Ray/DVD player, with HD cable. Listen to your favorite CDs or the music of the islands on the Sony Stereo CD /AM/FM and relax, relax, relax! Complementary Wireless hi-speed internet is also available at the villa.

Since we stay here often, furnishings are all high quality - not the usual 'condo package' furniture you see in so many other rentals. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are inside the villa.

Beach chairs and towels are all included and there is always a collection of mats, boogie boards, and beach toys for your use.

This beautiful home is located right along the 4th fairway of the Woods course at Princeville Makai. From the upstairs great room and lanai you will have a wonderful panoramic view of the the 4th and 9th fairways, not blocked by trees like some of the other villas' "views". From the front side of the house you can see the beautiful mountains and waterfalls and catch the rainbows when they appear. And the sunsets can be stunning in shades of reds, orange and yellows like you've never seen!. The Villas of Kamali'i is a private, gated community of 59 villa townhomes centrally located within the resort community of Princeville, close to beaches, golf, shopping, resaturants and everything on the North Shore. Yet, you will feel the privacy and the quiet beauty of the setting away from the traffic noise and the big resorts and condo complexes.

  This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. We stayed last year and thought it was wonderful so decided to rebook for our annual trip to Kauai. The owner has recently replaced the upstairs carpeting with tile and there is new carpet in the downstairs bedroom. The townhouse is on the Makai golf course so offers serenity and beautiful views. The townhouse is clean and well equipped as we cook every night. The pool is right across from the condo which was convenient for our 6 year old nephew. There is a hot tub and a gas barbecue which we used most nights. The complex is quiet and in a great location for the North Shore. I would highly recommend this townhouse.

  This was our second year in a row that we rented this unit in Princeville. We absolutely love it there. It is a very relaxing island to go to. The beachs are beautiful and not very far away. If you want to venture around the island, it's not hard to get around, but if you simply want to stay at the resort and go in the pool, that's great also. They basically have everything you need in the condo. The maintenance on the grounds was awesome.
  We are already planning to go back!

  What a Great Place to Stay

  We had a wonderful time staying at the villa. The place was very clean, well maintained with Hawaiian touches. The furniture was very comfortable and the huge beds in the master suites were perfect. The location was very quiet right across from the pool and BBQ with the mountains and waterfalls in the background in front of the villa. The view from the living room was absolutely gorgeous and just as shown on the website and we enjoyed watching the sun rise each morning as we drank our Kona coffee out on the lanai. We have stayed at many vacation rentals in Hawaii but this place is the best so far.Thanks for a memorable time! It will truly be remembered for a lifetime. And we'll be back!
