This neat and spacious holiday home is perfect for a relaxing holiday or weekend getaway. Located only 100 meters from the beautiful Pringle Bay beach and close to the river mouth. Dreams offers 3 star self catering accommodation, sleeping 6 guests. 1 h from Cape Town.

Fall asleep to the sound of the sea in the main bedroom and wake up to the beautiful surroundings. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, sea and mountain views as well as a balcony. The spacious main bathroom has shower and bath. The two additional bedrooms on the bottom floor both have ceiling fans, sliding doors to stoep/veranda and two single beds each. N...ext to the bedrooms is a large bathroom with shower.

The living room on the first floor is spacious with sea and mountain views. A sliding door leads out to a covered balcony. Next to the living room is a separate TV room, bring your own decoder. The open-plan kitchen is neat and fully equipped (inc. dishwasher). The dining room has a large table and eight chairs. From the dining room you can walk through the sliding door to the built-in braai/ BBQ under roof. Next to it is an area to sit with teak table and chairs.

* Pringle Bay's beautiful main swimming beach has white fine sand and is less than 3 minutes walk from Dreams. The river mouth (the best place on the beach for children) is only a few more minutes walk.

* The indigenous fynbos is everywhere to enjoy: in the gardens, along the roads, on the sand dunes, on the mountains and in the nature reserves where several hiking trails are available.

  Wow! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Dreams! We were met and greeted by the owner herself. She showed us around and gave us tips about places to see and visit. We were surprised by fresh cut flowers - in all rooms!!! - a bottle of wine and chocolate!!! The house was so close to the beach! We loved the paintings and the airy, spacious, light living room with the views. The place was clean and well equipped. Prior to our arrival we sent several emails with enquiries about the area, what to do, availability etc and always got immediate response with valuable information. We were refunded the full damage deposit the day after our departure. We have already recommended Dreams to all our friends and family and we hope to visit soon again!

  Great time. Very spacious well kept house. Excellent for beach. The river
  was warm and also great for swimming - just a couple of minutes walk across

  We have been very blessed with sunny
  weather and have enjoyed body boarding in the sea and warming up again in
  the river! Enjoyed visiting the penguins and saw lots of whales at Hermanus.
  Braaid every night :-) and slept very soundly. Thank you for all the
  flowers, the wine and treats - a lovely welcome. What a beautiful house and
  what a lovely place to stay.

  We enjoyed our stay at Dreams.
  Positives: Good location, neat well kept and comfortable accommodation, stunning beach
  Negatives: we thought the house was literally on the beach because of "100m from stunning beach" ad. +/- 2-3 min walk from the house. you can only just see the sea from your balcony.
  the house itself is lovely with all the necessary amenities. the only concerns are that the staircase didnt have a rail nor did the ground floor patio which has 6 steps leading to the garden have a balcony. families with kids have to be extra vigilant.

  The house is located 100m from the beach, as you can not walk across other properties the walk to the beach is approximately 200m and takes just under 3 minutes. The sea view is visable from all rooms on the first foor and from the balcony but does not offer undisturbed "panoramic" sea view. When renting out to familys with children I do point out that Dreams is a double storey house with stairs both inside and outside. The indoor staircase is in the process of getting a rail. The patio has rails on all side except the one where the stairs are leading down to the garden.
