An inviting and peaceful landscaping
This fully furnished three-bedroom home is located in Uaymitun, a few minutes east of Progreso amidst an inviting and peaceful landscape.
The bedrooms are all located upstairs and all have air conditioning and satellite TV. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, a private bathroom, a safe, and an oceanfront balcony. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom and they each have two twin beds.
The house has two terraces: one in front of the dining room and kitchen facing the Gulf. The back one has a built-in BBQ.

The beaches are wide and great for walking. Coral reefs a couple meters away from the property excellent for snorkelling. Public transportation goes by right behind the house every 20 minutes towards Chicxulub, Progreso, Mérida and Telchac. However, having a car would be more comfortable. The locals at Chicxulub are very friendly and you can find there most of the services: laundry, telephone, internet, market (meat, seafood, veggies, etc), video store, etc. 1 hour drive from Mérida airport and 4 from Cancun. Right next to **-casa uaymitun by the sea-** and **-great ocean view uaymitun-**.

The home is located about 6 km from town so its very quiet. Transportation into town is easy, and most services and supplies were easily accessible. The home was comfortable, clean,and well equipped. The owner and staff are very helpful.
