A charming beach home facing the blue waters
This charming beach home is located a few kilometers east of Chicxulub on a small lot just big enough for a family gathering.
The social area on the main floor comprises a kitchen, as you first walk in, followed by the dining room and the living room which both offer nice views of the beach and ocean. An entire wall of sliding glass doors opens up to the covered terrace. You also have another terrace surrounding the pool area right up to the sandy beach.

Located 3 kms. away from the fishermen village of Chicxulub and 10 from Progreso. 30 minutes drive from Mérida.
Public transportation goes by every 20 minutes towards Chicxulub, Progreso, Mérida and Telchac. However, having a car would be more comfortable.
The locals at Chicxulub are very friendly and you can find there most of the services: laundry, telephone, internet, market (meat, seafood, veggies, etc), video store, etc.
