Description

This gorgeous south-facing villa, with stunning panoramic views over to the Atlantic Ocean, Montana Roja and across to Fuerteventura, is located in the quiet and exclusive neighbourhood of Los Calamares ( a small community of beautifullly maintained and low rise spacious villas) one of the closest to the centre of town, and is a mere 5-10 minutes walk away into the town centre with waterfront bars, restaurants, shops and beaches.

In the fitted kitchen there is a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, hob, oven, coffee machine etc. There is also a separate dining area.

The modern lounge has leather sofas, 55 inch television with IPTV package which offers sky, movies, sports and UK channels and more. A DVD player is also available. There is a snug off the lounge with a TV for a PS4, but you would need to bring your own controllers and games, or it could be used for a quiet reading area.

Patio doors from the lounge give access to an outside dining and sofa terrace. From here there are steps leading either to the roof terrace (where you can enjoy a relaxing drink whilst taking in the glorious sea views) or down to the lower terrace with heated pool 8 x 3 (newly installed in Dec 2019) / sun beds and further seating area. The pool will be heated from October to March using the pool heater.

The villa is all on one level with 3 spacious bedrooms, There are 2 bedrooms with king size beds to the rear with patio doors opening onto the terrace. One has an en-suite shower room and the other has a full bathroom opposite. Both have coin operated air conditioning. The third bedroom has 2 large single beds and an en-suite shower room. The villa has non slip tiles throughout.

All inside linen and in and outside towels are provided. There is a weekly linen and cleaning service for all stays over 11 nights. Extra cleaning/ linen changes are available at an extra cost.

There is free WIFi and hairdryers are provided. There are heaters in case of a rare chilly evening.

Guests have the use of a private community tennis court a couple of minutes away.

NOTE

We will only accept bookings for families with children over the age of 10 who are competent swimmers for safety reasons. Also the roof terrace does connect to the main roof which has no safety barriers.

Minimum 12 night stay over Christmas/New Year.

No hen or stag groups nor all male or female groups.

There is an extra charge if all 3 bedrooms are used regardless of number of people due to cleaning costs. Please contact us for details.

“Great villa in Playa Blanca”

We loved staying here. Villa is an easy and short walk into town, being in the popular Los Calamares area. Great outdoor space, with loads of outdoor seating options and an excellent rooftop terrace, where you can not only get nice views but benefit from the breeze on those hot sunny days (which is most of them). Pool was great for a cooling dip and you can see that the whole villa has been upgraded since the new owners bought it (in 2019 I think). 2 of the bedrooms are en-suite so everyone of the three bedrooms basically has their own bathroom (helpful with teenagers!). We love Playa Blanca- small enough to be able to cover easily (even out to the marina) but with plenty of restaurant choices. Really highly recommend this villa and the town for a great holiday.

“Lovely relaxing holiday”

We stayed here In August 2019 for 2 weeks. Family of 4 with 2 teenagers. This villa is lovely. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The villa is spacious and very clean. The new owners are in the process of making improvements to the villa and outdoor area so it can only get better and better. It is a pleasant walk away from shops, Center and beaches. We didn’t use the pool and tennis courts as went to the beach each day. The kitchen has everything you need in it should you wish to cook. Along with dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge area is comfortable and spacious with TV and many English channels to watch. The bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. There is lots of storage space in each room. Bath and pool towels are provided. The outdoor terraces and seating areas are lovely and again spacious. The roof terrace is a special treat with gorgeous relaxing views over Lanzarote. The villa has lots of space and areas to relax as a family but is also spacious enough to have your own space. The owner Marie is very friendly and excellent at communication and from the moment we booked she was on hand to answer any questions. A comprehensive pack was emailed telling us everything we needed to know about the Villa and the surrounding areas. The was a welcome pack provided in the villa with coffee, tea, wine, biscuits etc. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this villa again should we return to Playa Blanca.
