Description

Our 4 bedroom first floor Duplex Apartment House and extremely large lounge has a very spacious balcony with a dining table and 6 chairs overlooking one of the swimming pools. The En-suite king size bedroom also has a large balcony with sun loungers and tables.

It also has a walk-in dressing room. Satellite TV is available throughout the apartment with TV's in every bedroom and the lounge. For your enjoyment there is also a DVD, Video, Stereo, Karaoke and a large number of discs etc for your pleasure.

All window blinds are fully automated also with electric awnings. The apartment boasts of a very large roof terrace with Sun loungers, dining area, patio furniture etc. Ideal for bar-b-cues and sun worshippers alike. An ideal place for a party! Please ensure that you are fully protected against sunburn, as it can get very hot up there.

On reading your totally inaccurate and grossly unfair review of our exceptionally well appointed and highly recommended first floor 4 bedroom Duplex apartment which as described is a peaceful development within a short 5 minute stroll to all amenities, including bars, restaurants, banks, restaurants, supermarkets etc plus a further 5 minute stroll to the nearest beach. It saddens me to read that you not only contacted us morning, noon and night with one complaint or another but then complained again when we had arranged to have the bulb or switch replaced because you didn`t want to wait in whilst it was being sorted. We have always maintained a golden rule which is that no tradesmen are allowed in the apartment unless permitted by the guests. You could not have been more vocal about this, yet here you are again full of complaint. Due to you having the wrong Wi-Fi, it meant that you couldn`t access the web for an hour or so and in that time you called me in the UK with lots of numerous complaints but firstly emphasing the need to be compensated for the calls, to which I automatically agreed. The Air-Con switch had gone faulty and needed to be replaced but could only be changed whilst accessible which following a 10 minute visit, it was sorted. Having said that now, on reflection anyone could have checked the Wi-fi username on their phone and gained connection, instantly. They sent us a video of the stair rail being loose. If they had pulled it any harder they would have demolished the wall. The head of the party wrongly implied that I had told him that there was no stairs leading our first floor 4 bedroom Duplex apartment with a Penthouse roof terrace but just like his distances to the amenities, were all grossly exaggerated. An incident was alleged to have incurred where he fell onto one of the shower cubicles, damaging both the cubicle and his foot in the process. They spent the whole of their 10 days of their holiday surveying our apartment in the most criticising manner and then had the nerve and audacity to tell us that we asked them to be super-critical. I then referred them to Trip Advisor to check out all our past reviews, not one has ever come close to your exaggerated complaints. Sure, we, like everyone else receives the odd complaint here and there but nobody has ever said that any of their particular issues had ruined or impacted on their holiday. The fact that this family attempted to claim compensation seems blatantly obvious now that it was all part of their game plan. We did succumb to allowing them £50 which more than compensated for their calls to the UK within the short time frame of not logging on to our internet. These people actually booked their holiday through our website and not through Trip Advisor. Every conceivable complaint has and always will be dealt with as soon as humanly possible and without disruption to their holidays. The only reason that they have written such a poor review was due to our refusal for a claim for compensation which was most definitely unwarranted even though it was indeed, an alterior motive.
