The LV Premier Clérigos RE2 is a spacious 5-bedrooms, 3 bathrooms apartment and has balconies, AC, heating and all of the amenities. It features a large balcony in the living room and smaller balconies in 2 bedrooms. Located in city center- Clerigos area. Elevator building. Premium beds and towels. Rigorously cleaned and sanitized.

The LV Premier Clérigos RE2 vacation rental apartment has 5-bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, balconies, AC, heating and all of the amenities. It features a large balcony in the living room and smaller balconies in 2 bedrooms. This LV Premier RE2 holiday rental apartment is fully equipped, and located in an elevator building. Enjoy great views of the “casario” in baixa of Porto, and Rua da Restauração. We are located close to Clérigos and Galerias de Paris and all of the major attractions of the city including museum Soares dos Reis, the downtown Ribeira area and of course the Porto wine Caves.

The apartment has AC throughout and with a south exposure it is very bright. Great amenities, the signature premium LV Premier beds plus soft luxurious bath towels, and superior quality toiletries, will contribute for your comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped – from superior quality plates and dishes, to pots and pans, small appliances such as coffee makes, food processor etc, you will find everything you need should you choose to cook. There are a number of supermarkets and grocery stores nearby.

Please note: Property is fully cleaned and sanitized before check in. Check in between 22H and 08H- 45 euro supplement. Stays exceeding 9 nights include weekly cleaning.

Response from the manager Especially during the busy summer season delays (which was more than 1 hour not 20 min) impact our ability to welcome other guests at the time they have requested. We ask guests to inform us of any delays exactly due to this fact so we do not keep people waiting. We always strive to have a professional communication with people and this was the case. We called his attention to being late and waived the unannounced delay fee.
