We Have Disney+ If you haven't tried it out yet, you're going to love it. It has all the Marvel movies, all the Star War movies, all the Pixar movies and every Disney film ever made!

The Casita is a studio apartment behind the main house (same beach front property). Just sand between you and the water. You have a view of the water from inside the Casita. If you need information on the main house, Casa Lem, just ask and I'll send you link.

Las Conchas is a beach community about 2 miles east from the city center. We're in section 8 (very close to the entrance of Las Conchas). From the Casita we're 10 to 15 minutes from the Old Port, Shopping, Supermarkets, and Restaurants. Sam's Club is 20 minutes at most.

We have the most beautiful beach in all of Rocky Point far from the shoulder-to-shoulder packed beaches on the west side of town. Our beach is just like it was 35 years ago - untouched. You almost forget you're staying in a popular tourist destination.

We recently renovated the Casita. It now offers an opportunity for 4 people to stay right on the beach in Las Conchas for less than half the price of renting any beach front house in Las Conchas. Enjoy two full size gel-memory, foam beds for a really comfortable sleep.

The Casita does not have a full kitchen (no stove or oven). Think of the Casita as if it were a hotel room. It does have a mid-size 7.5 cu ft refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, glassware, plates, and utensils. Please bring plenty of water to drink in addition to any ready-to-eat foods.

As you can see in the photos the view is partially blocked by the main house, Casa Lem, but you're not there to enjoy the beach from a distance. And, you don't have to cross a dusty road (or two) to get to the beach. You're on the beach. For your convenience there is an outside shower where you can rinse after a day of fun on the beach.

The Casita is one of first properties in Rocky Point to receive TelMex's new fiber optic internet service with WiFi and unlimited downloads. It's really fast.

In addition to Disney+, we also offer Netflix, Roku channel and a Blu-Ray DVD player if you decide to bring your own movies. Plus, we provide a MagicJack phone for free and unlimited calls to the US and Canada.

I'm sorry, but we don't allow pets in the Casita. It's just too small. Find a trusted neighbor to take care of your pet and enjoy the peace and quiet of Las Conchas.

More on our beautiful beach: Rocky Point has the 4th highest tidal variance in the world, up to 25ft (8m). It's all due to the moon's gravitational pull on the earth and our location on the Sea of Cortez. During low tide enjoy the amazing tidal pools teaming with sea life like hermit and sand crabs, minnows, shrimp, and bonus points if you see octopus or anemones, or just wait 3 to 6 hours for high tide and you'll have your picture perfect, sandy beach.
