A design jewel, has all modern comforts, while offering the southern countryside experience. The villa has two floors: upstairs, with the large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, and downstairs, with the two bedrooms, large living-entertainment room and bathroom. Externally, a magnificent stair connects the upper patio with the lower lounges, with shaded pergola and ample barbecue outdoor kitchen, surrounded by olive trees and private gardens for maximum privacy and relax. The interior combines classic and modern with elegant style and attention to local crafts and materials. The house comfortably accommodates 4 people: there are 1 king and 2 twin beds. Custom made couches in living rooms can be used as day beds too. A dedicated house manager will offer all the assistance guests may need in reaching the site and familiarize with the property: included in the cost, you will have a local English speaking professional to greet you and sort it out the initial needs. Check in-check out cleaning fees are also included: if you stay for two weeks or more the weekly cleaning and linen changing is also included. Pool/garden maintenance, as well as waste pickup and disposal (we do recycle) is also provided by property's team.The villa is ideal for world travelers who love to experience this gorgeous part of Southern Italy in its fullest beauty and tranquillity.
