Description
This cottage has heat and Central A/C. Very nicely renovated 2 Bedroom cottage just one back from the ocean. Master and second bedroom with full and queen sized beds in addition to a pull out couch in the living room.Cathedral ceilings and a bay window make this living room very roomy. Recently updated kitchen, refrigerator and pullout couch in 2019. New outdoor shower in 2021.
This tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished cottage guarantees a great week on the Cape. Enjoy the picnic table and weber grill for outside dining and watching the sunset. Private pathway used by the association to access your place in the sun by day and a seat by a bonfire at night - just 50 feet from your door.

“Great spot!”
