The house is located on the promenade of Lido di Noto, in front of the golden beach and it has a splendid view of the crystal clear sea.
It has been recently renovated and decorated by the owners with style, elegance and attention to detail, providing it with all the comforts to make your stay relaxing.
It has 1 master bedroom with sea view, 1 twin bedroom and 1 additional single bed, 1 cot. Up to 4 + 1 people.
A panoramic terrace, furnished with armchairs and table, will allow you to have dinner outdoors; it is accessible through a large window from the living room and from the double bedroom and offers a unique panorama of the beautiful sea of Lido di Noto, in front of which you can relax with a delicious dinner of Mediterranean dishes or enjoy the romantic sunset while sipping a good Sicilian wine.
The house is in the heart of Lido di Noto with some stores and amenities, including a small supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, bars some restaurants and pizza restaurants for eating out.
At a distance of 5 km is the beautiful baroque town of Noto, the Sicilian expression of Baroque.
Staying in the house you will also have the opportunity to visit the beautiful area of south-eastern Sicily and its immense cultural and natural treasures, as well as enjoy the most beautiful beaches on the island.
