Description
Namnyak Nikini is a spacious african style villa located in a beautiful exotic garden full of tropical flowers shrubs and plants; you can meet also monkeys and it is frequented by butterflies and many kinds of birds. Built with the traditional Kenyan Makuti roof, is ventilated and cool.
You will find two bedrooms each with very big bed (king size), wardrobe, ceiling fan; all beds have mosquito nets. There are 2 bathrooms both with shower, one of them with direct access from one of the bedrooms.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped (fridge with small freezer, gas stove and oven, water heater, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, numerous pots, pans and other cooking utensils).
The covered terrace overlooks the flower garden and the private swimming pool; here you can enjoy your meals in the dining area, or relax in the shade, on the two large sofas, during the sunniest hours of the day, or in the cool breeze during the evening hours.
Upstairs an open space; there you will find the living room with a confortable sofa, two armchairs and TV. There is also a single bed and it is possible to add one more.
There are some sun loungers to enjoy the sun in the garden or in the pool inside our property.
On the same plot there is another villa, Namnyak Villa, but despite this your privacy is guaranteed; they are well separated by a hedge.
Both villas have a their own entrance and a carport, and, as the property is quite large, about 2.000sqm, you have enough space too to enjoy in privacy your time in the property to the fullest.
It may happen,sometimes, that both houses are occupied, in this case you will share the swimming pool.
Instead, if you are a larger group or family and you travel with more than 5 or 6 people we can offer you additional accommodations directly next door, in Namnyak Villa, where we can give hospitality to at least other 6 adults.
Namnyak Nikini is set in a property within a quiet private gated complex, with 24hr security, in Diani Beach – Galu Kinondo.
The plot is about 10 minutes walk away from the beautiful white sandy beach of Diani. Soak up the sun at the sight of the magnificent Indian Ocean or enjoy yourself with snorkeling, diving, excursion to the reef or kite –surfing, skydive and much more.
Everything you need, such as supermarkets, banks, shops, pharmacies as well as restaurants bars discos and clubs, even an 18 hole golf course, you can reach in a few minutes by car. If you do not have a car no problem, easily you can find a taxi or if you prefer a " matatu ", the traditional and characteristic minibus, or a tuk -tuk, the picturesque three-wheeled taxi or even a " boda - boda " , fast and cheap moto-taxi.
Kenya is also the land of safaris and Diani Beach is also a starting point for beautiful parks.
However you could discover much more how to spend either your days outdoors or your pleasure evenings.
Surely it is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday in the true African atmosphere.
