Description
Dar 7 Louyat is located near Seffarine square where coppersmiths can be seen hammering their wares into shape, and close to the Qarayouine mosque, from which the call of the muezzin beats the rythm of the day.
Our house is 15th century old and was proceeded a long and careful restoration according to the traditional rules of local architecture. Dar 7 Louyat can accomodate up to 18 people. Comfort for a relaxing stay is provided thanks to 6 large bedrooms each with its own bathroom.
Airport transferts can easily be arranged, guests will be taken to the house by the driver. Guests can also be met on arrival at the nearest parking.
Our manager, our housekeeper and our cook will make sure your stay be comfortable, providing all the arrangements you need and cooking wonderful morrocan cuisine.
Our house is the ideal place to take in the real atmosphere of the middle-age Medina of Fes.
The house accomodates 6 bedrooms, each of them with en suite separated bathroom (shower).
Ground-level: the two bedrooms and the salon open on to the courtyard :
- 2 large bedrooms each with a king-size bed (160 cm large) (Bedrooms Hachmia and Daouia),
- large salon
- kitchen whom entrance close to the wall fountain
First-floor :
- 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds (1 m large) that can be put togetheir for a double bed (Tara suite)
- rising from this room, a stair leads to a mezzanine where lies a small salon with couches that can become single additional beds (70 cm large)
- the library and work or writing area
On the two intermediate floors and on the terrace level, open 3 suites, each with an ensuite small salon and a bathroom (shower), that can accomodates for 3 or 4 people (one queen-size bed + one or 2 single extra-bed of 70 cm large). Very convenient for coupes with child. These 3 suites are equipped with reversible air-conditionning (heating in winter). These suites are named : Ghita (3 pers.) , Batoul (3 pers.) and Rafia on the terrace level (4 pers.).
- On the terrace is a large room (Menze) where you can use an exercise bike.
- Rates for the renting of the house as a whole is 40 €/pers./night
- Renting of the Riad as a whole will only be possible for large groups (at least 10 people).
