Magnificent Historical Chateau with heated pool and Tennis in Normandy. Chateau de Servigny has a magnificent park of 20 acres and the interior of the Chateau is elegantly furnished with period antiques furnitures with all the modern comforts you could wish for. The Chateau witnessed the signing of the Treaty of Cherbourg between U.S. General Joseph Lawton Collins and German General Karl Wilhelm von Schlieben on June 26th 1944. Located between Cherbourg and Bayeux, located only 5 minutes by car from Valognes, one of the most beautiful towns in Normandy, reputed for its beautiful 18th century architecture.This 16th & 19th century Chateau is an ideal base to explore the D-Day landing beaches, the Bayeux Tapestry, the Giverny garden and Le Mont Saint Michel. There is a lynx golf course at Fontenay nearby and a superb parkland course at Omaha Beach Golf Club Bayeux. Sleeps up to 15 people in comfort with 8 bedrooms and bathrooms. At your disposal, in the green garden, an heated pool at 26°C / 78.8°F from May to September (12M X 6M / 40 Feet x 20 Feet ) and an outside tennis court.
