Positano, will be in the heart of that picturesque area.
The location of our villa is in the heart of Positano, between the beaches and the entrance to Positano, making it possible to reach either locations on foot..
WALKING DISTANCE
You can reach the beautiful Fornillo beach on foot 600 meters ( 660 yds ) the Big beach and Pier on foot 800 meters ( 880 yds );
You can reach the bus stop on foot 30 meters ( 33 yds ) from the house, and you can park your car 100 meters ( 110 yds )away in a pay parking lot.
You can reach nearby shops at 50 meters ( 55 yds );
4 grocery shops from 120 to 250 meters ( 130 - 280 yds );
5 restaurants from 30 to 150 meters ( 33 - 165 yds );
newspapers, hairdresser, café-bar breakfast at 30 meters ( 33 yds ).
BEACHES and FERRY
You can easily reach the Pier and the beaches by descending a pedestrian shortcut or walking through the old stairwells of Positano, the 'scalinatelle' (little streets consisting of narrow stairways and steps). This is something not to be missed! Climbing down the steps, passing by the most visited places by tourists, you will discover and unveil enchanting angles of Positano, and then, once you have visited all the little streets by foot, you can always go back up by the local shuttle bus!
The villa consists of two levels.
The GATE :
You can reach the gate by climbing only 13 stairs from the main road.
I° FLOOR:
You can reach the I° floor by climbing 5 stairs from the Gate.
On the first floor there is a living room a well-equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
In the first bedroom, there is one large double bed and one single bed, one bath with Jacuzzi hot-tub and shower.
In the second bedroom, you will find twin beds (or at request one large double bed) and one bath with shower.
From the living room a large glass door allows access to the Patio/terrace overlooking the sea.
The terrace is equipped with table and deck chairs, it has a view of the sea,
It will be your favourite spot to relax outdoors from sunrise to sunset.
All rooms and Livingroom are equipped with air conditioning and internet/ Wi-Fi
II° FLOOR:
You can reach the II° floor by climbing 16 stairs from the Gate.
On the second floor of the villa there are four bedrooms:
The first is a triple bedroom with one large double + one single bed with ensuite bath;
The second bedroom has a large double bed (or two Single beds ) with ensuite bath;
The third bedroom has a double bed with ensuite bath;
The fourth bedroom has a single bed with ensuite bath.
All rooms, Kitchen and Livingroom are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet
Also on the second floor there are a living room and the kitchen with two large glass door that opens onto the patio and one terrace.
The terrace has a view of the sea; it is shaded by a large umbrella awning and is equipped with table and deck chairs. The terrace is endowed with a potted Mediterranean garden and is well-lit in the evening.

“Fantastic !”
We absolutely loved staying here! The location was great as was the view! The greenery and flowers on the terraces and stairs were beautiful. The villa itself was very spacious, clean, WiFi, tv, a/c, kitchen with many amenities, washing machine and drying rack provided. Each room has its own bathroom with great showers and water pressure. Our host Gaetano was great! He responded quickly and even let us into the villa a little early. We got married at the town hall and there is a set of stairs very close that take you directly to the entrance of the town hall and he agreed to let us having our reception dinner at the villa (as there were only 7 of us) and let us bring in our own chef to cook us dinner. We recommend staying here! Bonus they have a really friendly cat!
