At the foot of the Alps, not far from the lakes of Geneva and Annecy Juan and Philippe put at your disposal a charming 65 square meter attic in their typical house from Haute-Savoie dating from 1830. A beautiful view of the Alps and the surrounding countryside and a cozy decoration will make you feel at home.

Only 20 minutes away from Geneva, 30 from Annecy, 45 from Chamonix and close to ski slopes, mountain lakes and strolls you will find activities at all seasons.

And if you just want to sit and relax, a private garden is at your disposal.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Juan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
