Description

This modern terraced cottage is located in the village of Ruswarp near to Whitby and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.Water's Edge is a modern terraced cottage overlooking the river in the village of Ruswarp, just two miles from Whitby in North Yorkshire. The cottage has four bedrooms (three doubles - one with an ensuite - and one with bunk beds) and a family bathroom, making it suitable for eight people. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen with a dining area, a conservatory, and a first floor sitting room. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed patio garden with outdoor furniture, a barbecue and a gate to the river. Just a couple of miles from Whitby and in close proximity to the moors, Water's Edge is a superb family holiday home in this beautiful part of Yorkshire.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, CD/radio/iPod dock, WiFi. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Travel cot. Off road parking for 2 cars. Small, enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: The property has a riverside enclosed patio, with gated access to the river.

Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Town: Just two miles inland from the seaside resort of Whitby and the Yorkshire Coast is the quiet little North York Moors village of Ruswarp. As well as a nine-hole golf course, this quaint little place also enjoys the use of a village pub and shop as well as both sea and river fishing facilities. The river which runs through town provides excellent opportunities for a boat ride, or just a few minutes away is the local miniature steam railway. With so much to do in the area, this is an excellent base for those looking to enjoy the Yorkshire Coast.
