Description

This detached barn conversion in the grounds of the owner's home sleeps four people in two bedrooms.The Stable is a lovely barn conversion in the grounds of the owner's home. With two bedrooms, adouble and a king-size double with zip and link to be two singles on request. There is also a bathroom, and an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with doors to the garden. Outside there is a garden, off road parking and fishing access by arrangement with the owner. WiFi is also available. The Stable is close to many attractions and makes a great base for exploring the area.

Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, Washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio/CD, selection of books, games and DVDs. WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike and kayak storage available. Patio garden with furniture and BBQ. Fishing available from river running through owner's grounds, by arrangement with owner. Large enclosed garden but may be gaps in fences - pets to be supervised. Additional field for children/dogs to play in riverside location. An island connected by a bridge on the river for nature lovers to sit/relax or even have a BBQ (sightings of kingfishers/otters/dippers/moorhens) all possible.

Walks from the doorstep, abundance of outdoor activities. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles and pub 1 mile

Region: Herefordshire offers visitors the chance to journey through lush green countryside, enjoying splendid black-and-white timbered villages, a magnificent cathedral city, a fairytale Georgian castle at Eastnor or books galore in famous Hay-on-Wye.

Town: Marstow is a pretty rural hamlet close to Ross-on-Wye, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
