Description

Seaside Villa is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home, oceanfront with private swimming pool, on 1 acre of land. Small quiet beach, lovely poolside gazebo, a creek on one side, the ocean in the front, and lush mountains behind. Private community with beautiful views, all the way to Cambodia. Evenings are quiet with lovely views of the lights on the mainland. In a very tranquil setting, surrounded by water and lush trees. There is one restaurant withing walking distance (500 meters) and 6 other restaurants within 3 kilometers. There is a small shop nearby, but for shopping it is best to go 7 kilometers. We are 6 kilometers South of the Ao Thammachat Ferry and 3 kilometers South of the Center Point Ferry. Lots of room for kids to run around freely. There is a community pool as well as the private pool. We can provide pick ups and transportation.

We also have a bungalow with kitchen that sleeps 2 or 3 people, which is adjacent to this house and can be rented with this house or separately.

It's helpful to rent a car or scooters (which we have available), but we also can help with shopping trips. Some of the restaurants will deliver, and one restaurant will pick you up and bring you back (if they aren't very busy). We can also help with other travel arrangements.

We have many return customers, as people love the special setting and beautiful home.

It's a very relaxing place to get away from it all.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Jaden (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
