Description
You cannot get closer to Paradise Island Beach! The unit's patio stairs literally lead down to the white powdery sands of the famous beach. The view from the living room or patio is unforgettable! Only five minute walk to Atlantis resort!
Condo is fully equipped with washer & dryer, microwave, cable tv, internet, bbq, etc. The condo complex has very good security, a convenient restaurant, and good parking in case you get a rent-a-car. There are two master bedrooms upstairs, each with king size beds and tv's. There is a 3rd bedroom downstairs, with two single beds and also a tv. The unit is spacious, the swimming is pool by the front door and the ocean is by the patio door/living room just down the patio stairs. Sunrise Beach Club is 30 minute drive from Nassau International airport. Estell the villa manager can arrange airport transfers and tours to Dolphin Encounters/Blue Lagoon Island.

You cannot beat the price of this condo, when taking into account the location and proximity to the beach. This condo is one of only five directly on Paradise Island beach.
Sunrise Beach Club is located on Casino Drive on Paradise Island, between the RIU hotel and the "One and Only Ocean Club" 5star hotel from Atlantis. The larger Atlantis hotel complex, marina, casino and marina village shopping area is only 5 to 10 minute walk away.
Estell the condo manager can get you discounts on tours, especially the famous Dolphin Encounter at Blue Lagoon Island, where you can swim with dolphins or encounter sea lions. You can also combine your dolphin experience with an all day stay on the island and enjoy the picnic facilities such as beaches, lunch amenities, tropical drinks, hammocks, water slides, kayak rentals, and an adventure water park.
