Description
Cozy and quiet cottage in Eastham. Short walk to the bay, and to freshwater pond (Wiley Park), which has swimming beach as well as walking trails and playground. Bike ride or short drive to Cape Cod National Seashore.
2 bedrooms, large four seasons sunroom, one and a half bath. Private yard with hammock, charcoal grill and plenty of room for yard games.
This is a well-loved, family-owned vacation cottage. We hope you have the chance to fall in love with this area and make lasting memories of your own, just as we have!
Additional amenities: Full kitchen, A/C window units, Wifi, cable TV, books, board games
Please note: Traditional summer rental schedule, available for one week periods from Saturday to Saturday. The cottage does not have central air condition or central heating. There are 2 A/C window units for the very hot days and blankets and a cozy tea kettle for cold days. Guests provide their own linens and towels.

“Perfect summer vacation”
Our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children, had an amazing time at the cottage. The location is perfect- we walked or rode bikes to the nearby bay beach, which is lovely during the day and in the evening to see the sunset. We also walked to the fresh water pond and playground. Lots of food options nearby on Route 6, and ocean beaches and other attractions can be reached by car within 10-15 min. We also enjoyed the dirt road the cottage is on for bike and scooter riding, and the yard. The cottage has everything we needed for a week-long stay. Thank you, Fred!
