Listen to the sound of the waves in our Contemporary three bedroom, two bathroom villa with down stairs bar area / library / games room. Fully air conditioned throughout, also provides cosy heating in the winter. Log burner also for winter use. Large, private, fully enclosed garden making it a safe haven for children, large heated swimming pool.( Pool Heating will be charged at extra cost) Large shady pergola in the garden with retractable roof and sides, furnished with comfortable seating. Sunloungers surrounding the pool terrace, and stunning roof top solarium with 360 degree view of beach and surrounding area, furnished with table, chairs and sunloungers. Perfect for that evening sundowner while watching glorious sunset. Spacious terrace leading off from lounge/dining room, equipped with gas fired bbq, patio table and chairs. Pool lights for that late evening swim!

Two minutes walk to beautiful Marbesa beach with five typically Spanish restaurants. Ten minutes walk to well stocked supermarket. Marbesa and Caribe Playa are home to a variety of restaurants on the beach—Triana restaurant, Papillon, Simbads restaurant, Restaurant 200 and Sugar Bay Beach resort (all within five minutes walk of THE BEACH HOUSE, offering superb views of the Mediterranean, sunbathe, dine in style, enjoy a glass of wine and watch the local fisherman haul in the catch of the day. Cabopino Harbour with many restaurants 15 mins walk. Andys beach bar with live music most days, Alberts and Despensa . Portofino Italian restaurant right on the beach. Elviria is twenty mins walk, many shops restaurants and bars and large supermarket. La Cala 15 mins drive
Nearby Restaurant 200 is well known for it's fresh prawns, good food and ambience and is located straight on the beach.
Simbads restaurant serving locally caught fresh fish located next to the old Moorish watch tower, with amazing views of Marbella and the African coastline in the distance.
The tennis courts of the Don Carlos hotel tennis club are close by. Several outstanding golf courses are located within a 10 minute car drive, the most famous ones being the Santa Maria, Santa Clara and Rio Real 18 hole course
Cabopino harbour a 15 minute stroll along the beach and is home to an exciting range of restaurants, with fine cuisine from all over the globe. Both Despensa and Alberts restaurant overlooking the port serve an excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner, and hosts brilliant music nights. The many restaurants are based in two main locations, chiringitos along the beautiful, white sandy beach, with sunloungers and sun shades and a host of restaurants around the delightful, beautifully proportioned harbour. The pretty port, with its small boatyard, attractive architecture and choice of restaurants may be a secret for some, but for those in the know, it's not to be missed.
The bustling town of La Cala is about 15 mins drive, Beautiful safe beaches, with play parks for the children and bars and restaurants on the town and on the beach. La Cala hosts an excellent market on Friday and Saturday morning/afternoon.
Easy drive to Marbella old town, and Orange Square a fascinating area with
cobbled streets, white washed houses, shops, bars and restaurants, museums and the remains of the old castle all leading down to some of the finest beaches and Chiringuitos. Frequent bus service within ten/fifteen minutes walk of the villa, to take you into Marbella.
At the heart of the Costa del Sol is the legendary Puerto Banus (25 minutes drive). It's fantastic Marina is one of Europe's most exclusive harbours, lined with bars, restaurants, cafés and designer shops.
The pretty and quaint mountain white village of Mijas Pueblo is about 30 mins drive. Central village square with amazing restaurants. Horse drawn carriages for trips around the village. Many shops, especially leather. Majan Monkey chocolate factory where children can experience making their own chocolate. The views are stunning.
45 minutes drive to Gibraltar, shops bars restaurants and of course the famous monkeys.
Sierra Nevada ski resort is about one and a half hours drive from the villa. Sunbath one day and be ski-ing in the peaks of Sierra Nevada the next
