This is Ruby apartment. IN OLD TOWN BETWEEN SEA AND FOLKLORE! This apartment has got the best location, being in Alghero Old Town, Alghero heart, and one step to SEA and ramparts, at the same time. 15 minutes walking distance to a sandy BEACH, 3 minutes walk to a nice rocky little beach in a cove by transparent clear water with bar and chaises longues services day and night for an aperitivo al fesco. Apartment is quiet and equipped with everything. Get a true feeling of Alghero in an exclusive place to experience the charme of the old town!
Romantic, stylish and full of character, the apartment is renovated with great care to its original beauty. It has original stone on the walls. It is silent, tastefully furnished. This is a characteristic apartment, in historic building in Alghero Old Town, lovely and equipped, maintaining the charm of ancient times thanks to a non invasive restructuring which left intact the original style.
Step out of apartment, you will be here! On the right, the heart old town, the nice restaurants and cafés, the crafts shops, the fresh market of local products; on the left, you will find the sea and ramparts along the sea. Take a walk of few minutes, you will be to a sandy beach!
The apartment can host 2 up to 4 people. It is comfortable, with a sitting room with double sofa bed, armchairs, tv, a well equipped kitchen and dining area, washing machine, dish washer, fridge, freezer, oven, a bathrooom with shower, hair dryer, a bedroom with double bed, baby bed, table chair, pushchair, wardrobe.
Well located in the heart Old Town few minutes walk to beaches and sea. The catalan towers, medieval buildings, churches, fascinating narrow streets, craftsmanship shops, theater, lighted squares, old fresh market of local products, restaurants, sea view cafés, little boutiques, promenade to port are here. Life is out all the day long. Walking few steps, you will discover unforgettable sights, and monuments: Torre di Porta Terra, Teatro, Chiesa di S.Francesco, Bastione Maddalena, a beautiful sandy beach (Lido San Giovanni) and a tiny and lovely fisherman beach. You will discover caribbean beaches and sea all around like Bombarde, Lazzaretto, Maria Pia.
Please note the airport of Alghero is 15 minutes far by taxi or bus and the bus stop connecting also the beaches all around and the villages nearby is close to apartment.

Response from the owner Merci Bruno pour votre detaillé feedback,c est jentil avoir expliqué comme est joli et bien equipee ma maison avec machine a laver, lave vaisselle ,tv,. il y a tout ,il ne manque rien, seulement les produits,desolee.Parce que nous proprietaires on loue la maison et le prix ne comprend pas les produits (huile,vinegrette,sacs poubelles...) j espere vous avez apprecié la bouteille deau et les fruits locals.Merci d expliquer qui'elle se trouve dans le coeur d Alghero, et dans la movida mais dans une petite rue tranquille per rapport aux autres. a coté des restaurants,pubs, cafes est de la mer Bastioni. Le badge peut faire disjoncter l installation électrique si on utilise la machine a laver et la lave vaisselle ensemble mais c est pour la securité.On doit utilisé une a la fois.Le reseau telephonique est un petit peu difficile dans le centre historique mais on apprend tout de suite ou on telephone facilment. comme le Wi-Fi, mais il y a free Wi-Fi dans 8 Areas du centre historique et une est a piazza Sulis tres peu de pas de l' appartement. Parking autour de piazza Sulis peu de pas de.l'appartement et n oublions pas que piazza Sulis est une des entree pour le centre historique avec voiture pendant certaines heures ainsi tres confortable pour arriver a l appartement. SI vous retournez vous serez deja abitué a la nouvelle realité.Merci d avoir choisi ma proprieté. Et j espere vous y reviendrai,le plus on connait Alghero le plus on va l aimer.Et merci d avoir suivi mes conseilles a propos de restaurants,belles plages, choses a visiter etc...
