Set in the Umbrian co untryside, a 5-minute drive from the historic centre of Assisi, “L’Assisi Relax” offers a modern apartment of 120 sam with free Wi-Fi and private parking. A great base for day trips to the nearby medieval town centres such as Gubbio (40 min), Spello, Montefalco, Bevagna, Spoleto & Perugia. (15-30 min) The apartment features a panoramic terrace with views overlooking the valley of Assisi. There are hardwood floors, a seating area with sofa and decorative fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. In summer the apartment has air-conditioning. In the winter there is central heating. During the warmer months you can dine on the terrace, equipped with table and chairs. “L’Assisi Relax” is located within the Mount Subasio Park, yet not remote, being less than 2 km from the historic centre of Assisi, which can also be reached by about a 15 minute walk. The apartment is located on the first floor of a detached house surrounded by greenery. Access is easy by car; with private parking enclosed by a gate to the property. The apartment has 3 double rooms.. The house is not suitable for wheelchair users because it has no lift. Guests will enjoy rooms with bathrooms (two), both with showers. A large living room with open-plan kitchen, terraces and garden. Sleeps 6.

“Wonderful vibe”
