This is TOPAZ apartment. IN ALGHERO OLD TOWN AMONG SEA AND FOLKLORE!
Plunged in ALGHERO Old Town, one step to SEA and ramparts. This apartment is 15 minutes walk distance to a sandy BEACH. 3 minutes walk to a nice rocky little beach in a cove by transparent clear water with bar and chaises longues services day and night for an aperitivo al fesco. It is well equipped and very quiet. Get a true feeling of Alghero in an exclusive place to experience the charme of the old town!
Romantic, on two levels to have one's own spaces and intimacy, stylish and full of character, renovated with great care to its original beauty, original stone on the walls and beams, silent, tastefully furnished. This is a characteristic apartment, in historic building in Alghero Old Town, lovely and equipped, maintaining the charm of ancient times thanks to a non invasive restructuring which left intact the original style.
Step out of apartment, you will be here! On the right the heart old town, the nice restaurants and cafés, the crafts shops, the fresh market; on the left the sea and ramparts along the sea! Walk 15 minutes you will get to a sandy beach.
The apartment, can host from 2 up to 4 people, it is comfortable, with a sitting room with double sofa bed, armchairs, tv, a well equipped kitchen and dining area, washing machine, dish washer, fridge, freezer, oven, a bathrooom with shower, hair dryer on the first level, a bedroom with double bed, baby bed, table chair, pushchair if needed, wardrobe on the second level.
Well located in the heart Old Town few minutes walk to beaches and sea. The catalan towers, medieval buildings, churches, fascinating narrow streets, craftsmanship shops, theater, lighted squares, old fresh market of local products, restaurants, sea view cafés, little boutiques, promenade to port are here. Life is out all the day long. Walking few steps, you will discover unforgettable sights, and monuments: Torre di Porta Terra, Teatro, Chiesa di S.Francesco, Bastione Maddalena, the beautiful white sandy beach Lido San Giovanni, a tiny and lovely fisherman beach. You will discover all around caribbean beaches and sea like Bombarde, Lazzaretto, Maria Pia.
Please note the airport of Alghero is 15 minutes far by taxi or bus and the bus stop connecting also the beaches all around and the villages nearby is close to apartment.

Response from the owner Merci beaucoup Monsieur. C est tres jentil. Oui le centre est telllement beau que les voitures sont interdies. Mais il y a des parkings gratuits a 5 ou 10 minutes a pieds. Et en plus aout c est haute saison!!! les escaliers du centre sont sans ascenseur. (20 marches pour arriver a mon appartement) Mais c est tranquil dedans.Merci pour avoir bien ecrit la position de l'appartement au coeur du centre. J espere vous reviendrez (l accueil sera parfaite. Je parle francais !!!)

These apartments are in historic buildings and mine has got only 20 steps to get to very few in comparison with the majority of the apartments situated in the old town 'citta vecchia'' Step out and you are in the movida. You live llike a local here and experience new culture and tradition in contact with the pecularity of the territory. Bedroom,mezanine style, is very quiet, being in the movida at the same time.
