Description
Welcome to Sunrise Beach Resort #15, this 2 storey standalone villa provides the space
you need for a family escape, a wedding party or a great vacation for a group. It is also
perfect for those attending conferences at nearby Atlantis. This villa has great light and overlooks the pool with the ocean just beyond down a few stairs. You have 3 bedrooms, King with ensuite, Queen and 2 twins as well as spacious pullout sofa bed.You have 2 bathrooms with showers. You have use of a fully renovated kitchen with quartz countertops. You have all the comforts of home, fully furnished with tropical decor. The patio is spacious with it's own barbecue. You have access to high speed internet at no cost and you can call back to North America ,at no additional cost. Sunrise Beach Resort was designed by the Austrian consulate to the Bahamas and therefore has unique architecture with meandering pathways, waterfalls and statues. You are transformed into another world, with beautiful tropical foliage. Sunrise 15 has been recently renovated and all new furnishings added.
This is a peaceful villa and is approx 1800 sq feet. The ground floor has a cathedral ceiling right to the top of the villa's roof. The second floor overlooks the ground floor and has excellent space.
You can reach Sunrise 15 by taxi, takes 20 minutes (no need to prebook). If you do rent a car a parking spot is available at no charge. You are literally on the beach -just walk to end of pool and go down a set of stairs and you are on powdery sand and facing an aquamarine ocean that will provide the relaxation you yearn. If you need groceries you can order online and they will be delivered and placesd in fridge/freezer. You can go to a grocery store on the island and if you want convenience store items visit Riu hotel next door for snacks, beverages etc., On site at Sunrise you have the advantage of Violas., a restaurant/bar with nightlife, ranging from karaoke to live bands.
Naturally the biggest attraction on Paradise Island is Atlantis.. If you want to use the casino or visit restaurants there is open access.
Paradise Island is a small island - and easy to get around on foot. Atlantis has many waterslides, dolphin encounter and a wide range of restaurants from Mediterranean to Japanese. Night life at Atlantis includes a comedy club and Aura, a nightclub. You can avail of a lot of activities on Paradise Island, snorkelling, jetski, parasailing and you can book scuba diving. We have 4 villas at Sunrise Beach and we provide the affordable comfortable option for families. We have repeat visitors who love the distinct decor, the added features that makes this their home. All villas Sunrise 9A 12A 12 and 15 have been lovingly renovated and are distinct in every way. You can combine stays at these locations and receive a discount of 10% off nightly rate if booking more than one place at the same time.

“Great place to stay for our family with three small children.”

Thank you for commenting on Diannas efforts. It is appreciated and well earned. The place is kept in good shape and it is a Beachy relaxed feel with some colourful artwork. We don’t like cookie cutter presentations. The barbecue replacement was being shipped in. They deteriorate with sea air. It has arrived now!
